Great stay in Seville!

We loved the location of this unit! It’s walking distance to everything. There is a bed in the kitchen/living room area and a door that can close and make it a separate space. We’ve used it for a family trip and it was perfect.

Great location - large clean apartment

We had a great stay for 3 nights on our honeymoon. Location was perfect. Place was clean. Communication was easy. I would say the apartment is much larger in person. We enjoyed the rooftop a few times as well and were always the only people up there. We would recommend!

Great Apartment

This was a great apartment that was close to everything! The communication from the host was very limited compare to other VRBO hosts. It has a bar on the street below but didn’t bother me much but it may bother others. The good news it was silent after midnight. Loved having 2 bathrooms. Would definitely stay again.

Great Week in Seville

We spent a week here in late September and appreciated all that the apartment had to offer. The bedroom and living room (with its sleep sofa) each have access to their own bathroom, and the two areas can be closed off with a hallway door, ensuring privacy if sharing. The living room area is large and light filled when all of the windows are open, and it we liked having breakfast there every morning. Its central location in the Casco Viejo meant that we were minutes from the main cathedral and Alcázar, much less all of the shops and restaurants in the area, which was always abuzz with activity. Of course, this also means a moderate level of noise in the evenings, since the apartment building is surrounded on all sides by restaurants, and on one side by a recycling center that is active most mornings. We took it all in stride, enjoying the views from the wrap-around balcony, but others may have a different view. The host, Elena, was incredibly helpful and ever responsive, even providing video links showing how to’s for the front door, A/C panel, etc. Elena even came over at one point to show us how to use the washing machine, for which we were grateful. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Centrally Located in Seville

The apartment was as described. A very nice apartment in the center of town a block from the Seville Cathedral. Elena was very nice and helpful. Excellent apartment in historic location

Spent 4 nights at this apartment in historic, quaint Santa Cruz. It was very clean and well appointed. The location was perfect: one block from Giralda and cathedral, little vehicle traffic, many good restaurants in the area, short walk to all amenities (shops, taxi, etc.). Many french doors and small balconies added to the experience. Flamenco down the block. The rooftop view of the Giralda (from the pool) is unbeatable. Owner very helpful and provided good recommendations.

Awesome Apt. to Enjoy Seville!

Apt. had everything we wanted and more. Spacious inside area to eat, read and "people-watch" on the balcony. Comfy bed and well-appointed kitchen and bathroom with added perk of an additional wc/toilet. Fantastic location right around the corner from the Cathedral, short walk to all sights and Triana and riverbank. In the center of the action steps away from great restaurants (Pelayo right across the street, Maestro Marcelino & Postguillo a few blocks away; Gusto for breakfast just around the block). Great communication for check-in and follow-up questions (answered within minutes of sending a request) Elevator building was a big help. HIGHLY Recommend. Can't wait to come back and hope it's available when we do. :)

Spacious Centrally Located Apartment

Wonderful apartment, centrally located. It is light and airy and seems to be recently renovated. Elena is a responsive host, quickly replying to our queries. She made us restaurant reservations at a very popular restaurant, Eslava, and arranged for a taxi when we departed. Even though the pool was too cold to go swimming in, we enjoyed a delightful dinner on the rooftop deck at sunset. It is directly across from a very popular cocktail bar which is lively until 2 or 3 in the morning. The Windows muffle, but don't eliminate the sound. Best to do as the Spanish and eat late. Shops and attractions don't open until 10 or 11. If ever I am in Seville again, I would stay here.

Great location and beautiful apartment!

My two children and I rented the apartment for three nights during our stay in Seville. The apartment is located in the heart of old Seville and a block from the Cathedral. We loved the location! We were close to many of the tourist sites and surrounded by restaurants. The apartment was large and well appointed. The rooftop patio and pool were a great bonus. The pool may not be large but it works well for a cool down after a hot day of site-seeing. Overall we had a very positive experience and this rated as one of our best rentals during our trip. The rental company was very helpful and even printed off tickets for us when we asked. They were great at communication. The only caution I would give is that you are right in the heart of Seville and it can be noisy at 2AM with several restaurants just outside your door. However that is a small price to pay for the location and amenities.

Wonderful Seville Stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this Seville apartment. The location was absolutely amazing! Just steps from the Cathedral and a bustling area of shops and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and well maintained, as well as spacious enough for a family of four. Having an extra half bath made it much quicker for four people to get ready and out the door each day! The dishwasher and clothes washer/dryer were a big help as well. The only issues we had were some difficulty operating the washer/dryer, and a few kitchen items that were missing which would have been useful to have. The apartment manager Elena was extremely friendly and helpful. She was very well organized with tips and maps for our visit. We were also greeted at the apartment with a bottle of wine, olives, and chocolates! I would definitely recommend this apartment and this manager to friends and family.

Fantastic Place for Seville!

This is the best place! We stayed as a family of 4 with children under 10. It was very spacious for our trip. The location is unbeatable having food, drinks, coffee right below you. Walkable to the cathedral in 30 seconds, and a short walk to Alcázar. The balcony’s, we truly appreciated them. Great view in the morning and also fun to watch the late night people strolling. We stayed in mid June and with 100 degree weather, the place stayed cool with the AC. We used the rooftop pool (one flight of stairs up) frequently. There would be maybe 2-3 people up there at the same time or we’d be all alone. The pool is a dipping pool, about 3.5 feet deep and about 12 feet long 6 feet wide. But perfect and a great view of the tower. If you are sensitive to exterior noise, you may want a noise machine or ear plugs at night, but we live in a city already so it did not bother us. All amenities available, excellent shower water pressure, plenty of natural lighting but also black our curtains. The service was incredible! Our host was excellent with communication through WhatsApp. He helped us get in the place early, he assisted with booking a flamenco show (recommended), booked our taxi to the train station, and when there was an appliance issue they resolved it immediately. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Can't find a better location

This was our best place we stayed on our vacation. The apartment (apartment O), was on the second floor and huge, with 2 bathrooms, large bedroom and huge living/sitting room. All needed kitchen supplies were included and Elena gave us everything we needed. The furniture is modern and the decor is elegant. The 7 Juliette balconies gave great views of the active street scene below, but there was no noise inside when all were closed. We used the pool everyday and enjoyed the views from the rooftop deck while swimming and relaxing. The price was higher than most places we stayed but it was worth it! The place is a bit hard to find, but Google maps can get you there. Once there, you have everything within a 5 minute walk - cathedral, Alcazar, hundreds of restaurants, shops, etc. Only 10-15 minute walk to bus station, a bit farther to train station. You can't beat this place. Elena has a few apartments in the building and I am sure all are as good.

Amazing apt and management

The apt in Seville couldn't be more central just behind the cathedral with an amazing roof top pool ( v small but ab fine for cooling off after a long days sightseeing ) v spacious / toiletries provided and a bottle of wine / olives /fresh coffee etc. but the highlight was the manager elena who bent over backwards to b helpful n kind. We forgot our I phone charger and her father dropped one in for us plus she also printed off our boarding passes . Elena s recommendations for restaurants / markets / sights were spot on. She was terribly patient with us and within minutes of us leaving the apt she had refunded our deposit. Elena was happy for us to check out mid afternoon and even gave us some money back as the pool had been out of action for most of the week. We had never experienced such excellent management in 30 years of self carting in Europe. We have already recommended it to friends who r going in oct. Thank you elena.

Beautiful Apartment, Awesome Location!

We stayed in the apartment for one week, a family of 2 adults & 3 children. It accommadated us perfectly! This was not our first trip to Sevilla, other times we stayed in a hotel. This time we chose to stay in an apartment, we did alot of searching and thankfully we chose this one. The apartment is fabulous, nicely decorated, very clean, and has everything you need. Did I mention that the location can't be beat? We actually had much more space in an apartment & we saved money too. They were filming a Tom Cruise movie scene (Knight & Day motorcycle scene) while we were there right outside. He was staying in the other side of the same building as the apartment. Antonio's Mother opened & closed for us returning the deposit early the morning we were departing. His Father came to help us adjust the television when we had trouble, we swim in the pool with the incredible views, it was also very secure. We are going to stay again the next time we go to Sevilla. I highly recommend! Date of stay June 2010

Perfect Place to stay in Seville!

My family and I had an amazing time in Seville! It is such a beautiful and magical place especially since we went during the holiday season! My 2 little girls (ages 3yrs and 6yrs) loved it as well! The apartment was perfect for our family. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. It was modern, beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, and suited our needs well. There was a full kitchen and the living area was large and “cozy.” My girls loved hanging out in the living area with all the windows wide open after a day of sightseeing. We like to pack light and so the washer and dryer to do laundry were very handy! The location of the apartment was PERFECT! It is in the heart of everything. No need to hail a taxi. Everything was within easy and short walking distance. The rooftop terrace had amazing views and a pool. Unfortunately because it was winter time and the evenings got chilly, we were not able to use the unheated pool. Andrea (Elena’s assistant) was very nice and helpful. The check in and check out process went very smoothly. I appreciated that Andrea was available at any time to help with anything we needed to make our Seville stay perfect. There was a binder in the apartment of detailed useful information with what to see and do. Since we traveled to Seville during the holidays, my children got to experience the festivities of “Dia de Los Tres Reyes.” They enjoyed the parade, music, dancing horses, and the 3 Kings! They especially enjoyed the candy thrown into the crowd for children to catch! It was definitely a one of a kind experience! Elena (the owner) provided excellent customer service. I appreciated her promptness in helping answer all my questions prior to our trip. She is even able to assist with helping to book roundtrip transportation from the airport to the apartment for a reasonable price. My family and I will definitely return to Seville again one day and we definitely know where we plan to stay.
