Family villa with private pool located in a residential area in Mal Pas, two minutes from the sandy beach. The house has a large and modern kitchen next to the dining room and a living room where you can relax, there are also three fully equipped double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and bathroom, the second bedroom with a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. The house has a pool where you can relax or play with the children.

It is located in Mal Pas-Bonaire, 2 minutes from the small and intimate Manresa beach and 5 minutes from the Victoria beach, a delight of a rocky beach. The location of the house allows you to enjoy both the small and intimate beaches mentioned above and the long and lively promenade beach of the Port of Alcúdia, as it is only 4 km away. In addition, you can visit the historic centre of the town of Alcúdia where there are beautiful walls. In Alcúdia you can find a wide range of services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, kiosks, hairdressers, hardware stores, shops, etc.
