About this property

Super nice and cozy cottage from 2021! The cottage is only 400m from the beach and has activity rooms with billiards, table tennis and darts. It is a really nice and bright cottage in Bjerregård, with room for 10 people. Here is a nice large kitchen / living room with plenty of space. In the cottage there are four rooms with double beds and a room with two single beds. In addition, there are two bathrooms, one of which has a sanua for 4 people and a whirlpool for 2 people. Outside you will find a trampoline and several beautiful fenced terraces. In connection with the one enclosed terrace, there is a piece of fenced plot, which is connected to the enclosed terrace. Here you can let the dog run around freely. In addition, there are good opportunities to find shelter and sun all day. A super nice cottage for all ages, where you will also find 2 highchairs for the little ones.

Hygiene-No-Gos und Kommunikationsdebakel

Leider fanden wir eine Vielzahl an Problemen in unserer Unterkunft vor. Zudem ist der Kundenservice eine Katastrophe. Entgegen unserer Buchung gab es bei unserer Ankunft keine Wäschepakete und somit weder Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc. Nach mehreren Anwahlversuchen konnte ich mit einem Mitarbeiter sprechen, der mich bat zur nächsten Servicestation zu fahren, um dort die Wäschepakete selbst abzuholen. Dies wäre auch kein Problem gewesen, wenn diese explizit mit Adresse genannte Station bei unserer Ankunft 20 Minuten später nicht bereits geschlossen gewesen wäre. Als ich wieder einen Mitarbeiter telefonisch erreichte, entschuldigte sich dieser zwar nicht für die Unannehmlichkeiten, bot aber zumindest an, dafür zu sorgen, dass die Wäschepakete bis zum Abend geliefert würden. Leider ist dies nicht erfolgt. Telefonisch war nur noch eine Durchsage erreichbar. Hinzu kamen weitere Probleme: - Das Objekt wurde nach einem im Bad gefundenen Putzplan seit über einem Monat nicht mehr gereinigt. Um dies zu erkennen, hätte es aber auch den Plan nicht gebraucht, da überall Spinnweben, sowie eine Menge Staub zu finden sind. Dies ist insbesondere für die Allergiker unter uns ein großes Problem und ist m.E. in dieser Preisklasse ein No-Go. - Auch Schimmel ist an mehreren Stellen im Objekt zu finden. Ein Duschvorhang ist sogar derart stark verschimmelt, dass wir diesen abnehmen müssen. - Der angekündigte Grill ist unvollständig und nicht verwendbar. (Nicht mal Grillroste sind vorhanden)
