A beautiful holiday rental apartment built in 2020. The apartment is situated within an alpine chalet containing 7 apartments. Beautifully decorated and furnished this is the perfect place to relax after a day on the mountains. In the warmer months enjoy the terrace and the garden.

The ground floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, open plan kitchen, living/dining room, WC, terrace, garden, ski locker and underground parking.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need including a Bosch Tassimo Coffee machine and a Raclette machine! The 2nd bedroom has 4 single beds, bunk bed style. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 people.

Located very close to the Prodains gondola which links Morzine to Avoriaz, giving access to all the Portes du Soleil ski area. The gondola is approx 400m away and it is possible to ski back to the apartment. There are free shuttles connecting you to Morzine centre with ease.

In a beautiful peaceful location but close to all amenities and the ski lifts you will enjoy everything our new apartment has to offer.

Getting to Morzine

By Plane:
Geneva airport - 80km away - 1 hour and 30 by car
Chambery Airport - 130km away - 1 hour and 40 by car
Lyon Airport - 205km away - 2 hours and 20 by car

A number of shuttle services are available to take you from the airport or train station to Morzine. Some recommended shuttles are companies: Skiddy Gonzales, Ski lifts, Mountain dropoffs and Alpybus.

By Train:
An option is to catch a train from the Geneva Cornavin to the airport and then take a shared transfer to Morzine from there. Trains leave very regularly and the journey time is only eight minutes.

By Car:
Using the A26, A4, A5, A31, A39 and A40 motorways is most efficient before using local roads to arrive in Morzine.
