Located in buzzy Clerkenwell, this is the perfect central London flat for your long or short stay for up to 3 guests.
The flat is light and spacious, with large windows throughout and would be an excellent base for your trip!
The kitchen has all the mod cons you would expect, and there is a dining table for evenings.
The living area is spacious, with a large, comfortable sofa bed and workspace.
We hope you'll get a great night's sleep in our king-size bed in the main bedroom and use the towels and toiletries provided in the large bathroom.
We are happy for you to bring pets along with you, but there is no outside space attached to the flat, so don't advise bringing large pets that need a lot of room.
Guests will have access to the entire home!

If you're looking to cook while staying at the flat, there is a Tesco Express and Waitrose within 5 minutes walk. If you're looking to eat out, there are several cafes, restaurants and bars within walking distance of the flat. Some of our favourites include Clerkenwell Grind for great coffee and Polpo Smithfield for fantastic Italian food and wine.
Other points of interest in the area include the nearby Barbican Centre, which has regular shows and events ranging from art to cinema and theatre. Bustling Shoreditch is a 20-minute walk away, while the flat also provides easy access to hotspots such as St Paul's Cathedral.
There is paid on-street parking next to the house for 2 hours between 8:30 am-6:30 pm Mon-Fri and 8:30 am-1:30 pm Saturday.
The property is well situated to get you around London. By tube, Farringdon mainline (National rail) or underground (Circle, Metropolitan and Hammersmith & City lines) and Barbican underground station (Circle, Metropolitan and Hammersmith & City lines), all within a 10-minute walk
Otherwise, several bus stops near the property can take you around London and the city. Uber and taxis are also readily available in London.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
