Super Haus, angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Lage am Flughafen ist ja vor der Buchung bekannt. Dafür kann der Besitzer nichts. Fluglärm war, das stimmt, aber nachts herrscht ab Mitternacht Flugverbot. Eventuell für morgens ein paar Ohropax mitnehmen, je nach Ausrichtung der Zimmerfenster. Tagsüber draußen ein Seminar abhalten, dafür ist es draußen zu laut, ab und zu. Wir sind rein gegangen und haben die vielen Terrassentüren geöffnet und alles war wunderbar! Toplage in sonst ruhigem Wohnviertel. 10 Minuten zu Fuß und der erste Cocktail am Strand kann mit einem atemberaubenden Blick getrunken werden. Man sieht, dass es ständig bewohnt ist, klar. Es ist aber in modernem cleanem Look eingerichtet und nicht ungepflegt, wie durch andere Bewertungen als Sorge vorhanden. Alles funktioniert, nichts kaputt! Die Menschen, die das Anwesen betreuen, super nett und hilfreich. Pool ist sauber und wird jeden Morgen kontrolliert. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt mit allem, was dazu gehört! Vielen Dank!

Fantástico

Villa tal como se describe en la web. Habitaciones grandes, piscina y jardín. Buenas comunicaciones con autobús y cerca de la parada. Supermercados se puede ir andando. La playa a unos 300 metros. También hay restaurantes cerca y zona de copas. Una muy buena estancia.

Zentrale Lage, geräumiges Objekt

Objekt war ausreichend bestückt. 3 Bäder, davon eines zugehörig zu einem Schlafzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer unterm Dach mit geringer Verdunklung. Leider ist das Objekt schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Abflugschneiße vom Flughafen direkt über dem Haus. Dennoch ist die Lage zentral und in ca 20 Minuten fußläufig das nächste Restaurant erreichbar.

Casa muy cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario

La casa tiene una piscina que está muy bien, BBQ y pin pon. En general está muy bien. Lo recomiendo sin dudarlo.

Mehr Schein als sein

Die Fotos entsprechen bei weitem nicht mehr dem aktuellem Zustand des Hauses. Neben diversen Mängeln, wie u.a. eine kaputte Herdplatte, Schimmel in der Dusche und offenen Stromdrähten im Badezimmer, entspricht auch der Garten inkl. Pool nicht den Erwartungen. Der Holzboden ist abgenutzt, der Pool verdreckt und die Partyreste der Vorgänger waren auch noch da. Den Pool hat der Vermieter zwar angefangen sauber zu machen, allerdings sah er erst am Abreisetag nutzbar aus, sodass wir diesen innerhalb der 4 Tage nicht nutzen konnten. Des Weiteren war in der Küche eine Maus, sodass unsere Lebensmittel angeknabbert wurden und wir diese weg werfen mussten. Positiv zu erwähnen ist allerdings, dass der Vermieter schnell reagiert und steht’s bemüht war wenigstens den Pool sauber zu machen und das Haus von innen grundsätzlich sauber war. Der Preis ist jedenfalls keinesfalls berechtigt. Die andere Doppelhaushälfte gehörte ebenfalls dem Vermieter und wirkte vom Garten her etwas gepflegter.

Ungepflegt und Renovierungsbedürftig

Seit Jahren wurde an der Einrichtung nichts repariert oder gepflegt. Der Pool war total verdreckt. Überall im Haus kaputte Stellen, abgebrochene Amaturen, rausragende Stromleitungen. Für den hohen Mietpreis einfach nicht in Ordnung.

Frauenurlaub

Wir haben uns für Can Pastilla entschieden um einen langen Transfer zu vermeiden. Es sollte ein Haus für mindestens 8 Personen mit Pool sein aber dennoch in Meernähe. Das alles haben wir bekommen. Leider fehlt das Händchen die Immobilie (die wunderschön "war") auch in Schuss zu halten. Wasserschäden im Badezimmer, defekter Eisschrank, kaputte Herdplatte schmälern den positiven Eindruck. Mit ein wenig mehr Fürsorge eine Top Adresse. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war gut und auch das Entgegenkommen beim Ein- und Auschecken nicht genau auf die Uhr zu gucken war super. Ach, wir wussten um den Fluglärm des nahegelegenen Flughafens, das haben wir aber gerne in Kauf genommen. Für unser langes WE war es optimal.

Betriebsausflug

Uns ging es um die Geselligkeit. Für diesen Zweck war das Objekt vollkommen okay. Busverbindungen zu allen wichtigen Orten (z.B. Palma Nr 35) nur 150m vom Haus entfernt.
