The Holgate hideaway.

A cozy character holiday cottage with enclosed courtyard garden with a Lazy spa hot tub situated 5 minutes from York station in the city of York, just 15 minutes' walk to York Minster.
This stunning property offers 2 bedrooms one king size and one a small double. Kitchen with dining area and a cozy living room leading onto a outside area with a hot tub .
The bathroom is a lovely walk-in shower . The property has been recently renovated to a high standard.
Smart Tv to watch your favourite Netflix shows after a long day exploring York.
Ideally placed close to all the local amenities, including the many shops and restaurants. Enjoy an all-year round holiday, visit the Jorvik Viking Centre, National Railway Museum and Clifford's Tower. Meander down the famous Shambles, take a walk around the Roman city walls. Have a boat trip on the River Ouse, relax in the enchanting gardens and riverside bars.
Pets are welcome for a charge of £20 per stay.
Parking is 2 minutes away at blossom street car park £7.50 per day.

Really comfortable time here.

Wow, we were very happy with our stay here. It was great from start to finish. Check in was great, easy and the instructions were well written and easy to follow. Arrived at the house and it was lovely and warm, very cosy and great start to the stay. Hot tub was a very nice addition to the weekend. Really luxury and high interior standards. Had no negatives what so ever.

Excellent location for exploring York with all your home comforts

We stayed here for 2 nights as a family and had a really enjoyable stay. The location was ideal just outside the City Wall. It took around 15 minutes to walk into the main city centre. There is a Sainsbury's Local, some takeaways and pubs all in close proximity to the property. The property is well laid out and nicely furnished inside, with a small outdoor area and hot tub which was a welcome addition. Information about the property and comprehensive overview of what to do on arrival was sent in advance by the host and straightforward to follow. I would recommend this to anyone as a base for exploring York.

Had a fabulous stay in the Holgate Hideway. Location was great, near to the train and walkable to the city centre. Comfortable furnishings, modern and clean. Perfect for a 2 night stay with a bonus of a lovey hot tub. Would definitely stay again :-)
