In need of investment…
Good sized Villa with well kept gardens, lovely pool and is well located, however, it felt tired.
Most of the outdoor garden furniture is broken, the BBQ is a gas one that has filled with coals and the general feel of the Villa is that it requires some upkeep.
Despite the gardens being maintained, nearly all pot plants are dead so the gardener isn’t stretching as far as to water those.
The cleaners also appear to be doing the minimal amount before guests arrived as we weren’t expecting to have to clean the oven with oven pride (still had burnt food in it), or descale the dishwasher (making everything cloudy), washing machine (making clothes dirty) or 3 shower heads that were completely blocked.
Aircon units weren’t working very well (required maintenance guy to come out) and most are on a 2 hour timer despite having thermostats. The TV had no feed so was useless, the X Box had no working controllers and the Wi-Fi certainly isn’t 500mb+ (more like 10mb). We also had to have the maintenance guy out for a leaking bath.
Despite this we loved the area, with shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance plus the bus is very easy and cheap to get into Kyrenia.
