Completely restored, the villa can comfortably accommodate 10 people in 4 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Very fresh in summer, Villa La Matra is perfect for two families or a group of friends who want to spend a relaxing holiday enjoying privacy and large common areas.
Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the villa in total privacy and fresh off around the large garden or by the pool area near which there is the outdoor kitchen with BBQ and shaded veranda.
Villa La Matra is located on the border with Tuscany, a 20-minute drive from Cortona and about thirty from Lake Trasimeno. It is the ideal starting point for planning excursions even to some cities of art such as Perugia and Arezzo. Città di Castello is instead at a short 4 Km ride.
Upon arrival the following amounts are due in cash:
- Utilities: 100€/week
