Bright studio apartment located on the 2nd floor of Block A of the Skol Building, in the heart of Marbella. This east-facing property is surrounded by all amenities the city has to offer, so the car is not necessary. The apartment is almost new, designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The east-facing apartment has been fully renovated and comprises: a large lounge/bedroom with a double bed, a large sofa, and access to the furnished terrace, ideal for summer breakfasts; separate fully-equipped fitted kitchen, with an electric hob, microwave, coffee maker, and washing machine; and tiled bathroom with shower cabinet.

The standard check-in time is from 16:00; the maximum check-out time is until 12:00. The final cleaning of the apartment is included as long as the apartment is left tidy, without dirty dishes or utensils, and the rubbish is taken out to the street container. You do not need to wash towels or sheets; we do this in our own laundry.
