Superb, fully-renovated 1-bedroom 1-bathroom apartment on the 5th floor of Block C, in the beachfront Skol Building. With wonderful views over the Mediterranean, and communal gardens and pools.

Accommodation comprises: living/dining room with Smart TV with UK channels, and access to the large terrace; fitted kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave, and washing machine; bedroom with twin beds; and bathroom with a shower plate. The apartment is equipped with A/C throughout, and Wi-Fi connection.

A stroll along the palm-fringed Paseo MarĆ­timo has long been one of Marbella’s most special charms.
