Outside, amidst radiant sunshine and greenery, the villa offers a lovely pool with sun loungers, alfresco dining as well as a barbecuing facility to enjoy carefree moments of relaxation with loved ones. Inside, the villa is fully air-conditioned and divided into two levels to accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. The lower level is dedicated to a really spacious living room, with direct access to the pool area, and an elegant lounging space complete with a big L-shaped sofa, coffee table, flat-screen HDTV and a refreshing view of the outdoors.

A fully equipped modern kitchen-diner with all essential utilities like a coffee machine, dishwasher, and microwave is also available inside to enjoy a carefree holiday. And facilities like Netflix, Hotbird, and free Wi-Fi, are at guests’ disposal for a truly modern vacation!

There are four excellent en-suite bedrooms furnished with a double bed and wardrobe to ensure maximum comfort. Three of them also have terrace access.

Location

The villa is well-served, with shops, supermarkets and restaurants at just 10-minutes’ walking distance. Srima Beach is also close by, and Vodice, known for its pebbly beaches and Hacienda Night Club - the most famous club on the Adriatic coast, is only a 5 minutes drive from here.

Šibenik and the ferry link to the archipelago are a 23-minute ride away. Meanwhile, those who want to immerse themselves in nature will find Krka National Park at about the same distance as Šibenik from here. Day excursions to Trogir, Split and the closest international airport (Split/Zadar) are approximately 1-hour drive from the holiday rental. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2025 to the 31st of October 2025
