Enter into a large hallway and kick off your shoes to enjoy toasty underfloor heating. Then onto a generous open plan living space which has been designed for socialising. The kitchen, with stylish units and a large island seating area, will inspire lengthy, relaxed breakfasts and endless dinners where guests can feast and the wine flows until the early hours. The dining table by the large windows allows diners views towards the surrounding woods and fields, and the kitchen is well appointed. With it being an open plan, the cook never needs to miss a moment of the fun. After dinner, retire to the comfy living area which has the most amazing large patio doors to look out from. You don’t even need to move to shut the large blinds - just pick up the remote to close them! Choose from one of the two en-suite bedrooms, both beautifully furnished and with crisp linens (please note that the single bed referred to is a fold-up bed). Outside you will find a huge patio area with seating looking over the wonderful countryside.

A short drive away is Tamworth Castle, the ancient capital of Mercia. Take time to visit one of the local historic estates including Chatsworth House, Shugborough Hall, Kedleston Hall and nearby Sudbury Hall.
