About this property

In one of the most sought after areas in Strøby Ladeplads, this exciting holiday home is only approx. 25 meters from Køge Bay and with lots of water views. In 2021, the cottage has undergone a major renovation, including freshly painted and brand new kitchen. The house consists of entrance hall with direct access to open kitchen / living room and living room. From the living room there is direct access to the lovely terrace with panoramic views over the water. There are two rooms with double beds and a room with a bunk bed for two people. Bathroom with underfloor heating. On the terrace you can light the grill, open the wine and enjoy the sun and the beautiful view. If this is not enough, you can walk the approx. 25 m down to the water's edge, where the cottage has a private beach area. The area consists of a plateau with tables and chairs, and from there a staircase directly down to the very child-friendly waterfront. Next to the cottage there is an annex with washing machine and dryer, and where there are also 2 bicycles for free use (DanCenter does not guarantee their condition). In addition to water and swimming opportunities, Strøby also offers beautiful nature and is suitable for nature lovers and anglers. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
