The area is justly famed for its beauty scenery and there is plenty to explore in every direction. If you enjoy walking or cycling there are pathways and quiet roads. The Fife Pilgrim Way passes nearby and you can explore the ancient Kingdom of Fife and visit medieval landmarks including St Andrews Cathedral weaving through the countryside to the coast. Ceres is a picture postcard village and interesting to explore with a village green, pretty stream, tea rooms, an antique shop, a family butchers, village store and the renowned Wemyss Ware Pottery. Scotland’s oldest highland games are held on the last Saturday in June. This area is known for its spectacular coastline and pretty fishing villages, white sandy beaches and coastal walks.
