Family stay 14-21/8

Beautiful location, good amenities, good proximity to local supermarket and handy location for exploring the French riveria. The master bedroom and downstairs area had effective air conditioning, however the 2nd bedroom had a fan which sadly wasn’t adequate to mitigate against the very high temps so we had no one could sleep in there. We did also note a lack of bedroom furniture in both rooms, would have been handy to have bedside tables and maybe some drawers in the 2nd bedroom. Kitchen adequately stocked for self catering and clean. Overall good place to stay. Be mindful to arrive before last check in as got stung for 50 euro fine for arriving an hour late but we were on a super trek from Paris.

Lovely private villa, close to everything Cote D’azur has to offer!

A serene, secure villa within a friendly community, perfect as a base for our family of four to explore the Cote D'Azur from. The property was as advertised, with good air conditioning and a well appointed outside area for dining. The two rooms upstairs each had an ensuite, with a bath and over-bath shower in the master bedroom, and a walk in shower in the second room. The linen and towels were clean and new, and the villa had everything we needed. The communal pools are clean and there were other families there which was great for our kids. Communication with the hosts was very good - quick response times and very helpful. The villa is up in the hills above Antibes, with lovely trees and a stunning view from the Master bedroom of the Alps. But it’s a short 10-20m drive to a range of beaches, and 15m to downtown Antibes. A gigantic Carrefour is five minutes away. We had a wonderful time.

So accomodating, great location

We were a family of four moving to France and this townhome was an absolutely perfect bridge between our day off the plane and when we were able to move into our leased house. Lisa was extremely accommodating to make our arrival and departure as easy as possible and very helpful in adjusting to our new home. The home is well-equipped with everything you need and there's plenty of space to spread out in the back patio. My boys did obstacle courses for fun outside, there was so much space! The boys went to the pool nearly every day and had a great time cooling down there. Ease of access to the nearby Carrefour shopping center was fantastic and it was so simple to get around the French Riviera on the A8 anytime from the townhouse. Be aware that all over the entire south of France, they have very hard water, so if you see mineral build up, it's normal and just needs some vinegar. Thank you, Lisa, for everything!

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten der Côte d’Azur sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnanlage bietet u.a. mit zwei großen Pools und einer Tennisanlage viele Annehmlichkeiten. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Lisa ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, vielen Dank!

Perfect home base for our French Riviera holiday

Our family of four spent 2+ weeks at this great location. It was so nice to be able to spread out and have a full kitchen. Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom and we definitely enjoyed the back garden. The kids were in the community pools any chance they could get! The house is located near an autoroute exit and a Carrefour supermarket making it super convenient.
