Kept immaculately clean at all times, you can depend on us for a comfortable & enjoyable stay that feels just like home.

We offer Netflix and Freeview in the lounge, and TVs with Netflix are in the 3 bedrooms. There is super fast WiFi throughout the house.

We have a modern kitchen with top quality cooking appliances, including a single oven and 4 ring gas hob, and a microwave. We also have a dishwasher, washer machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities available for your use. We offer a Nespresso machine with a variety of complimentary coffee capsules for your enjoyment. We also have a selection of speciality teas available, and please help yourself to the complimentary biscuits!

Bedrooms include a choice of king / single beds & a sofa bed downstairs.

Hairdryers are provided in every bedroom, and complimentary toiletries are provided for your convenience, along with towels and comfortable bedding.

Off road parking for 2 cars & additional on road parking is available.

We take great pride in our properties for the short stays business we run, and our aim is for all guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. As such, we are very approachable and will help guests with anything they need during their stay. As you can see by our photo, we are a family and this is a family run business! (We've also had another addition to our family since that photo was taken). So whilst we offer our properties for corporate / business use, we also welcome families with open arms and provide extra facilities such as high chairs, baby bath support and travel cots where needed, at no extra cost (kids are expensive enough, right?!)
