First and BEST family vaca!

We stayed here at Charter Landing for our first family vacation as a family of 4. It was very clean and homey, and the view was incredible! Will definitely be back again!

If you have to spend a week in paradise with your inlaws this is the lucky ticket

Had a wonderful visit here, private pool by the marina. Local restaurants were amazing. Kitchen was very well stocked with many grocery options just a short drive away. Communication with owner was easy and was given a slew of great food recommendations. Highly recommend city donuts.

Beautiful and relaxing

So much better than a condo, the place is beautiful inside and out,easy parking, right on the docks.you can walk to a couple of nice restraunts and shops.can wait to go back.

Everything was great, but...

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and in a great location. The only thing I didn't like was that there is no wifi, which I felt should have been mentioned in the listing.

Great place in a great location

Me and my family absolutely loved this place. Short drive to everywhere and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the condo. The condo was very clean and well keep and host was very responsive to all my questions. We will definitely be returning again

Loved it!

This property was super clean and comfortable! It was very quiet and relaxing. We loved having breakfast on the patio and watching the fishing boats load up and pull out. The public beach was a short drive (5 min) and we just loved everything about our stay. We will not hesitate to book in the future!!

Great location

Our stay was great! There’s great dining and live entertainment just down the boardwalk . The local neighbors were quick to introduce themselves and let us know the boating rules for guest an owners( pickup and drop off only, no boat docking by renters). The view of yachts and and waterway every morning was very relaxing.

Awesome except no internet

I didn’t realize how much we rely on internet. We ended up using up our data plan, since the location didn’t have internet. Other than that, it was awesome! Clean, spacious and comfortable! We will definitely stay, again, if it is available for our next trip!

Great place for families

We enjoyed our stay here! There was plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 kids. Although the weather made it too cold for my taste, the kids enjoyed the pool. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept well! Location was close to the beach, restaurants, and a dolphin cruise. The only thing lacking in this unit was Wi-Fi.

Family vacay

Loved our stay here. The layout of the condo was great. Each of our teens had their own bed. The rooms were a good size. We loved the location. There is a great beach about a 5 minute drive. Loved being on the water and watching boats come and go. The area was quiet, but close to everything in Orange Beach. The floors in the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. It was a little confusing figuring out which unit we were staying in. (I didn’t see that in any of the check in information.) We would definitely stay here again though!

Family Vacation

Condo was in a great location with even better view! It was perfect for us as we could finish dinner and head directly to the pool that was only feet away. The place was very spacious for our family, plenty of room for our two littles to play without being in the way. As advertised, there is no wifi but you will not miss it...so much to do and you are in the center of it all! There was a public access beach in each direct from the condo and plenty others, just try to get there before 10am for easy (and cheap) parking otherwise lots fill early.

Great little getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great communication with the owners, location was perfect, and condo was as described. The condo is on the 2nd floor and only accessible by stairs, so that may be a downside for some but did not bother us. We all enjoyed the beaches nearby, the pool, and even watched a dolphin right in the bay from the patio one evening. There were some areas of dusting and the bathrooms that seem to be possibly missed by housekeeping- but overall I still would give this place 5 stars, recommend to others, and stay here again.

Amazing place, perfect location and eazy access to everything

We are a family with 2 teens, this place has absolutely everything you could ever need while on vacation in the gulf. After getting to know orange Beach for past week I have come to realize that this place is in the best location. Close walking to a bunch of stuff or a quick car ride. If you brought your bikes here you definitely would not need a car for the week. Next year we will not need to bring so much stuff and can truly relax with our worrying what the lodging is going to be like. Will recommend to anyone I know. Owner had quick responses and was very helpful recommending places to visit. Florida-bama, dolphin cruise from your own marina, alligator alley and cowbells ice cream are this vacations highlights...
