The apartment is on the second floor of a central building and can be accessed either by elevator or stairs. It has 2 bedrooms with wardrobes, one with a double bed and a bunk bed for children. It is ideal for a family but also for a young couple looking to get to know the beautiful city of Malaga. It has A large fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room to have breakfast or dinner watching TV. The apartment also has a bathroom equipped with gel, shampoo, toilet paper, hair dryer, etc.

The apartment has 2 televisions. One in the living room and it's a Smart TV that you can connect on the internet, YouTube and watch your favorite movies with your Netflix account. The other TV in the double room is normal and has Spanish channels .

The house has hot / cold air conditioning. The balconies of the double room and the living room overlook a beautiful and calm pedestrian street and from which you can already feel the atmosphere of the streets of Malaga. You will have everything at hand, shops, restaurants and bars, The Camas car park is 300 meters away, Carretería street 10 meters away and Larios street full of shop windows and full of life just 200 meters away. Near the apartment there is also a school to learn to dance flamenco and be immersed in the Spanish culture. The beach is only a 20 minute walk away.

It is definitely one of the best places in the Old Town of Málaga.Check in is done between 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. as a general rule. If you arrive later than 8:00 p.m. and before 11:59 p.m. we will charge 30 euros. After 11:59 p.m. it will cost 50 euros.

Well equipped apartment in a really convenient location

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay in a great location. The main tourist sites and bars/restaurants are minutes away on foot, but the immediate neighborhood has lots of interesting, more local eating options too. Communication with Luc was easy and we enjoyed a hassle-free stay.

Visit to Malaga

The location of the apartment is great. The bathroom is very very small, and the shower stall is too. The rest of the apartment is roomy. I was disappointed in the lack of transparency of how to pay. I asked several times about paying with a credit card and was told I could, when I arrived. This was not the case. Make sure to confirm how to pay for the apartment. I had to go get Euros to pay when we arrived, which was annoying.

Small, centrally located flat. Missing some essentials.

This property is in a great location and the rental process was easy with the property manager’s good communication. The Wi-Fi is excellent and furnishings are fairly new and in good condition. Water pressure is good and there is plenty of hot water. The apartment is smaller than it looks in the photos. Bedding, pillows and towels are in need of replacement; the beds were covered in empty duvets and the blankets and pillows in the closets were stained. It would be nice to have paper towels, more than 1.5 rolls of toilet paper, new sponges & sufficient dish soap. Access was easy but you have to walk to get there because it is not accessible by car. This would be a great place for young people who don’t plan to cook much. Bring your own towels, paper products, detergent & blankets. The street noise dies down around 1 am and it’s not so bad for someone used to city life. Unfortunately, the neighbors blasted their tv till 430 am on the other side of the master bedroom wall. Luc was kind and sympathetic but did not respond to requests to help until after we were checked out.

Appartement sympa en plein centre

L'appartement est sympa, il est dans la zone piétonne du centre, c'est très bien placé pour visiter. On fait tout à pied, on peut même aller à la plage. D'un autre côté, le seul parking proche est très cher (plus de 65 euros pour 3 nuits). Et la chambre est au-dessus de restaurants donc c'est très bruyant. Nous avons attendu pendant 30 minutes devant l'immeuble pour récupérer les clés (mauvaise surprise quand on a fait de la route avant et qu'on a envie de se reposer).

Flat located in Company Street with lots of places to visit and near to Lario Street in a walkable distance. The apartment has space for 4 people and with 2 TVs, full kitchen with microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, washer, etc. Communication with owner was helpful. I recommend this stay.
