Fantastic apartment duplex plus 100 m2, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping up to 8 people maximum; wifi at the resort and overnight security guard.
The duplex apartment is on the top or bottom of street a room with a large double bed (160cmx200cm), bathroom with bath-tub, hair dryer, kitchen open to the dining room fully equipped with all appliances such as microwave, coffee capsule generation, dishwasher, toaster, iron-grill for sandwitches, oven, juice squeezing machine and all kinds of kitchen utensils: plates, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, cups, etc. ...
We then the living room consists of a sofa Chaiselong convertible bed (140cmx200cm) and a table for four people, with a cabinet for TV, TV 40 'LED technology and a coffee table, then give way to the large terrace of over 20m2, with sun all day. The terrace has an awning and a table with 6 chairs to enjoy your stay abroad.
On the bottom floor, we find a large suite of more than 45m2: a large double bed (160cmx200cm) and a bathroom with shower, and a small room equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board. In this room there is also a pull-out bed, which can sleep two more people, is ideal if a family with two children and if you go just a couple, you can use a sofa.
The suite has a terrace with a door leading to the pool and communal areas.
The apartment is also equipped with towels for the bathroom and toilet, pool towels, sheets, duvet filling; everything to make your stay as easy and comfortable

The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay of 6 people. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and a sofa bed in the lounge. Two bathrooms with shower and tub. Superb!
Lovely secure complex with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.Claudia met us on arrival and have us all the information needed. 15 minutes stroll to some good restaurants and a few shops,or a 15minuete drive to Del Duque where you will find a huge choice of bars restaurants and shopping. Easy drive from airport! All in all couldn’t fault it and would definitely recommend. We will certainly be returning.

Beatiful place. Claudia was an excelent host! The reason i didn't give 5 starts is because the kitchen and bathroom need some mantenience. Overall i highly recommend this place! Thanks Martha and Claudia!

Great place
We had a great time staying at this property. Spacious apartment and the pool complex was excellent. Car is required as location is fairly remote if you are looking for lots of bars/restaurants.

bon séjour
comme dans beaucoup d'appartement à ténérife, l'isolation phonique est inéxistante, nous étions au 2éme étage et les bruits du 3ème étaient dérangeant ( marche avec talons, raclement des chaises et meubles , etc...) dommage mais c'est comme cela.

Sentimiento de estar en Grecia y Tenerife en el mismo viaje
Nos ha encantado! Hemos estado muy muy a gusto. Del residencial y del dúplex destacaría: * Guarda de seguridad a la entrada, una plaza de aparcamiento dentro del residencial (Como alquilamos 2 coches, el otro lo dejábamos en la calle. No se tardaba nada en aparcarlo cerquita, y sin zonas de pago). * Bar junto a la piscina, en donde alguna vez comimos y cenamos a unos precios súper económicos y con muy buena calidad. Incluso para vegetarianos y veganos. Y esos mojitos,... qué ricos!!! * Dúplex muy coqueto, con una terraza para poder relajarte, tumbona incluida, sin vistas a la playa, pero con vistas a esas maravillas de cúpulas redondas blancas entre oriental y mediterráneas. Vamos, de paso como trasladarte a Aladdín o Santorini todo de blanco, que se fusiona con el azul del cielo! * Cocina muy bien equipada, con su tostador y pastillas para el lavavajillas incluidos. A 4 kms, justo cruzando la TF1, hay un Mercadona y un Lidl. Está en una zona tranquila, aunque playas de arena cercanas, andando, no tiene. La que indican a 5 minutos andando es sin vigilancia y rocosa (sin arena). Y otra podría ser El Puertito, pero no nos gustó para bañarnos. Lo ideal para ir a la playa y moverse a conocer la isla es alquilar un coche (recomiendo ojear Autoreisen) está a pocos kilómetros de los Gigantes, y pueblos cercanos para visitar y con playas como Playa Arena, Fañabé, los Cristianos,.... Claro que, con esas piscinas, sus palmeras, las vistas de los edificios del residencial, que más se asemeja a estar en Grecia.... no es necesario acudir a playa cerquita. La única pega fue que, durante nuestra estancia, la piscina grande estuvo de obras y no pudimos entrar en ella. Pese a eso, y como no estaba masificado, pudimos disfrutar de la piscina climatizada al aire libre y otra redonda (esta última, por un momento a solas). De paso recomiendo no perderse las "piscinas" naturales y gratuitas en Garachico. Unas vacaciones inolvidables y que sin duda, si vuelvo a Tenerife sur, repetiría alojamiento en este Paraíso.

Sehr schöne und große Wohnung mit Vollausstattung, es gab sogar einen Sonnenschirm für den Strand. Tolle Pools, die allerdings ab 20:00 Uhr nicht mehr benutzt werden durften. Sehr gute Lage zur Erkundung der Insel. Tolle Terrasse mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Zwei große und neue Fernseher, super schnelles Internet,, Videostreaming war problemlos möglich. Zwischen 20:30 und 22:30 Musikbeschallung von einem nahegelegenen Hotel, ansonsten sehr ruhig. Sehr gepflegte und gut gesicherte Anlage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L’appartement est top est bien placé. Il y a une petite plage aménagée à 10 min à pied très jolie. Et Nous avons pu bien visiter l’île avec des accès faciles. Nous sommes tombés sur une semaine de temps mitigé mais il y a toujours un microclimat à Adeje. Seul la piscine était un peu fraîche mais je recommande vivement cette location. Merci à Claudia pour son accueil.

Komplett lägenhet i avskilt område
Mycket fin och rymlig lägenhet i två plan med tillhörande privat parkering. På övervåningen finns ett master bedroom, badrum samt kök och matplats. Där finns även utgång till en stor balkong. Står man fullt uppsträckt kan man se havet över den bakomliggande huslängan. På nedervåningen är ett stort sovrum med toalett och dusch. Där kan man också gå ut till baksidan där parkeringsplatsen finns (utomhus). I lägenheten finns allt man kan behöva och allt är rent och fräscht. WiFi och TV (med Netflix) fungerade perfekt. Poolområdet ligger ca 100 m från lägenheten och består av två stora pooler (den ena uppvärmd), en liten pool och en en barnpool. Där finns också en poolbar som serverar dryck och mat till bra priser. Går även att få take-away. Det är ett måste att ha egen bil då det endast finns en väldigt liten livsmedelsaffär samt ett fåtal restauranger på gångavstånd. Om jag skulle nämna något litet minus så kanske det kan vara detta. Annars är vi väldigt nöjda med lägenheten och det fina bemötandet av värdarna och det varma mottagendet vi fick av Claudia som öppnade åt oss vid ankomst. Vi kan därför varmt rekommendera denna lägenheten!

Wir hatten als Familie eine tolle, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft und uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Die Wohnung ist aufgrund der beiden Etagen mit zwei vollwertigen Bädern sehr gut für Familien geeignet. Besonderst schön war die sehr gepflegte Anlage mit den Pools und der Bar, bei der man auch sehr gute Pizzas essen kann. Der Kontakt und die Kommunikation zu den Vermietern und der Betreuung vor Ort war ausgezeichnet!

Superbe appartement idéalement situé
L appartement est tout à fait conforme aux photos, nous étions 2 familles proches (cousins) avec chacune deux enfants. Appartement bien équipé, serviettes de bain en suffisance ( assez pour piscine et bains) De plus, Claudia (personne sur place) est super accueillante, disponible et en plus parlé le français! Nous sommes vraiment contents de notre séjour!! Nous reviendrons sûrement l année prochaine car nous adorons Tenerife!

Super Ferienwohnung in ruhigem Lage
Also...ich weiss nicht wo ich anfangen soll. Für uns war die Ferienwohnung und allgemein der Complex Adeje Paradis einen Traum. Sehr sauber und einladend. In den Betten könnten wir wie Zuhause schlafen. Die Wohnung stellt dir alles zu Verfügung was man so alles braucht. Übergabe der Wohnung lief schnell und problemlos...trotz unsere verspätete Fluglandung. Kommunikation über Mail hat gut funktioniert. Wir werden bestimmt nächsten Jahr wieder kommen.

Tout d’abord l’accueil de Claudia, chaleureux et parfait. A l’ecoute de nos attentes, cette personne est une perle rare. L’appartement a été à tous les points de vue conforme à nos attentes, état impeccable, équipement de qualité ( sont une cafetière nespresso) tout était parfait . Le wifi était de qualité, le linge de maison en quantité suffisante, la vaisselle, les accessoires ....tout y était !!!! Merci pour cette location fantastique où nous espérons revenir dans un futur pas trop éloigné. Gracias y hasta pronto. 👍🏻👋🏻

Ottima esperienza a Playa Paraiso
Appartamento in buona posizione, tranquillo, ben attrezzato anche per due famiglie (eravamo 7 persone di cui 1 bambina), accogliente, all'interno di un bellissimo villaggio molto curato, con piscine fantastiche, servizi vicini e a prezzi contenuti. Lo consigliamo vivamente a tutti.

Amazing!
We stayed there for two weeks in March 2017. The apartment is amazing. There is everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The host was really nice and answered all our questions. The complex itself is really good and clean. There are four pools, one of them is heated; a nice bar with tasty food and drinks. The apartment is clean and has a big terrace. Downstairs there's a really good bed for children also. I would recommend the place to everyone and hope to come back again soon.

Increíblemente estupendas vacaciones
Seguramente hayan sido las mejores vacaciones hasta el momento,espectacular apartamento, si las fotos son buenas, la estancia es mucho mejor , no le falta detalle alguno y del complejo .....la palabra increíble no hace justicia a como es en realidad, tiene un chiringuito donde nos hemos tomado los mejores mojitos que hayamos tomado, las piscinas, oh!!!!! las piscinas!!!!!!!!.....que le pregunten a mis hijos.Seguramente volveremos a Tenerife, no se cuando,pero si se donde....

Appartement magnifique
L'appartement était superbe, spacieux et très agréable. Les pièces sont grandes, les chambres agréables. L'appartement était aussi très propre. La résidence elle-même est agréable, le snack très bon et à des prix très corrects, et les enfants ont profité au maximum de la piscine. Petit bémol toutefois, mais c'était pas de chance : des travaux de réparation des canalisations un peu pénibles, même si les ouvriers ont tout fait pour limiter les nuisances. La personne qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique. Je recommande vivement cette location. Nousy sommes restés 2 semaines en juillet. Carine

Espectacular!!
Si, espectaculares fueron nuestros días en este maravilloso apartamento, con todas las comodidades, limpio y moderno. Sus camas cómodas y grandes, equipado con todo, tanto en la cocina, como en el baño y algún juego de sobremesa Aunque nosotros éramos 2, es ideal para familias con hijos. El complejo, tranquilo y ambiente agradable. Tiene un bar donde puedes comer (snacks, bocadillos, algún plato combinado ) y beber a precios económicos. Hacen cocteles, aunque lo mejor son sus mojitos y sólo cuestan 4.50€ !! Sus dueños muy amables y serviciales. Hay un colmadito a 3min. que cada mañana puedes comprar el pan y bollería recién hechos. Es necesario alquilar un coche, ya que puedes visitar más cosas, sin tener que depender de los autobuses. La señora que nos dio las llaves y mostró el apartamento muy servicial y muy amable. Los dueños también cualquier duda nos respondían de inmediato. Sin duda alguna volveré a venir y recomendar a familiares y amigos. Resumiendo: Magnífico Adrià y Eulàlia !!

Great holiday
We had a great holiday/ The appartment is clean,modern and hugh. We were with 2 adults and 2 children. There is enough space in the appartment. At the arrival Dailia was waiting for us. We had our parking inside the community. The appartment is nearby the pool. The pool is great. There are 3 pools and poolbar is a excellent. Nice and good food foor nice prices. The staff is very friendly. We wil recommend the appartment to everybody. There is a small supermarket around the corner were you can buy fresh bread every day 7 days a week. You need a car. We liked the beach in Los Cristianos. Next time we will rent the appartment again. Great service!!!!
