This three-storey, mid-terrace cottage rests in Skipton, Yorkshire Dales and can sleep five people in three bedrooms. Note: This property's changeover days are Monday's or Friday's, 2 night bookings will not be accepted.

Castlewood Cottage is a charming three-storey, mid-terrace cottage nested at the heart of Skipton, Yorkshire Dales. Hosting three bedrooms made up of a double, a twin (zip/link, can be a super-king-size on request) and a single, this property can sleep a total of five guests. The first floor is complete with a bathroom, whilst the lower ground floor is home to a cloakroom. The interior of the cottage is finished with a kitchen/diner with a woodburning stove and a sitting room with an electric fire. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with a picnic bench. Roadside parking is available for guests. Castlewood Cottage is the ultimate setting for a family escape to the Yorkshire Dales. Note: 2 night bookings will not be accepted. Bookings must either start or end on a Monday or a Friday. Please note: property is on a relatively steep hill but this allows for the beautiful views over Skipton and the Moors

Electric range cooker and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, woodburning stove tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV, WiFi, football table, darts board. Basement utility room includes: tumble dryer, washing machine and additional fridge and freezer. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking available. Rear garden with lawned area with picnic bench. Bike storage which includes: rack for four bikes with storage for more and a hose for cleaning down bikes. Safe storage for 5 bikes in the lower downstairs room which is accessible directly by a door into the back garden, and further accessible by a shared passage way onto the street. Two night stays are not accepted. Sorry, no smoking. Nearest shop: (a bakery and and an off-licence) 0.1miles. Nearest food shop: 0.3 miles. Nearest pub: 0.1 miles.
