Wide and Bright two bedroom apartment

The apartment is a spacious and bright three-room apartment located on the second floor of an elegant Milanese building in the city center.
The apartment consists of an entrance hall, large living room and a functional and fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, induction hobs, coffee machine and kettle. You can enjoy a beautiful balcony furnished with table and chairs. The living area is separated from the sleeping area which consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
The apartment is equipped with WiFi, washer and dryer and A/C.

How to pick up the keys:


- Check in: from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. you can receive the keys directly at home by making an appointment with the Hostmate Team at the time of registration, which we will confirm as soon as possible.


-Option "Make an Appointment" : from 18:00 you can receive the keys directly at home by making an appointment with the Hostmate Team at the time of registration which we will confirm as soon as possible. Please note that there is a fee for this service and it must be made no later than 6:00 pm on the day before arrival.


Cost of service:


-Late check-in 18:00 - 21:00: at a cost of 20€ (VAT included),
-Late check-in 21:00 - 00:00 at a cost of 40€ (VAT included).

How it works:


-After a confirmed reservation you will receive a message on chat containing a link to access registration. Follow the indicated steps and enter the data of all staying guests (this process is very important and required by law). You can find all the information at lodgingweb.poliziadistato.


-Once registration is complete you will receive, again in chat, instructions on how to get to the offices first and then to the home.

Other important info:


- Take care of the house as if it were your own; all items inside must be returned in the same condition as they were on the day you arrived. In case of damage, you will be responsible for the cost of the item or repair.
-Damaging the lock, losing or breaking the keys will result in an additional cost ranging from 100€ to 500€ to be borne by the guest.
- We inform guests that the facility does not provide soaps and detergents.



Please leave the house tidy, with garbage divided as indicated in the recycling instructions. In case of additional cleaning and/or non-compliance, costs will be charged to the guest. Thank you for your time, we look forward to seeing you.
