La Casa dei Formica è stata costruita nel 1990 dalla famiglia Para, soprannominata “E Furmiga” in dialetto romagnolo. Il capofamiglia Pietro, insieme alla moglie Rosy, amanti dei viaggi, della musica e degli oggetti di antiquariato, hanno partecipato attivamente alla costruzione della bellissima villa curandola in tutti minimi particolari. Si affitta solo a famiglie.

stay 6 days for a cycling event

this beautiful house in verucchio was all we needed. We were with 7 people and a baby for a cycling event and the house was absolutely fabulous. We had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and enough space for all of us. We loved to stay in this beautiful region with mountains and the sea is only 25km away. The contact with the friendly owners was also perfect so it was a holiday you will never forget.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, secure and completely well equipped home.

The home has everything you need for great dining. Chairs, sofas, beds and bedding al clean and comfortable. Quiet location. Easy to travel anywhere in the area, which we did every one of the eight days we were there. Pictures shown in advertising are very accurate. Our stay in Italy

The house was great. A big house with a really pleasant outside sitting area and a dining table. We ate outside every night that we ate in. But the best thing about the trip was Cecilia. So she spoke to a chemist for me when I had some toothache. And she helped us so much with a hire car. It really helps having a local on your side and she was just so very helpful.

Wunderschönes Haus voller Leben

Wir haben ein sehr schönes Haus, wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Man hatte das Gefühl das die Eigentümer kurz weg sind und man das Haus 1:1 übernimmt. Voller italienischem Flair. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus war ein super Ausgangspunkt für jegliche Aktivitäten.

Perfekter Urlaub

Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Cecilia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hatte sich direkt nach der Buchung bei uns gemeldet und uns erste Informationen gegeben. Der Checkin war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Alle unsere Fragen wurden während unseres Urlaubs sofort beantwortet. Das tolle Haus liegt etwas ausserhalb von Verucchio, sehr ruhig und ohne grossen Trubel. Wer dem stressigen Alltag und Grossstadttrubel entfliehen will ist hier genau richtig. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut - grosse Küche mit ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck - schattige Terasse - Pool mit sonnigen Plätzen für Sonnenliege - Gasgrill. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ein Haus mit eigener Geschichte

Der Aufenthalt war einfach Klasse. Schon kurz nach der Buchung kam der erste Kontakt mit der Vermieterin zustande. Und dabei hatten wir im Juni für Dezember gebucht. Ein paar Nachrichten und nette wünsche hin und her. Dann kurz vor Weihnachten wieder zur Klärung einiger Sachen wir direkt Adresse usw... Anreise war super und nach nur 10h standen wir vor einem super schicken Haus. Eine kleine Einweisung später konnten wir, viele zeitiger als vereinbart, in das Haus. Das Haus selber ist einfach toll, gelegen in einem kleinen Tal, fernab vom Trubel und doch ist man innerhalb weniger Minuten in SanMarino oder Rimini. Das Haus verfügt über einen Pool, einen Grill, mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten und genug Platz im Außenbereich. Drinnen ist es durch das offene Konzept sehr luftig und hell. Die Küche besticht durch ein tolles und offenes Ambiente, mit extrem viel Ausstattung. Genau genommen waren wir da alle erstaunt, da gerade im Küchenbereich, die Ausstattung vieler Ferienhäuser eher dürftig ist. Die Bäder sind sehr sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Haus verfügt über insgesamt 3 Schlafräume, 2 mit Doppelbetten, sowie 1 mit 4 Etagenbetten. Auffallend waren die guten Matratzen, so konnte sogar ich gut schlafen. Obwohl ich einen Rückenschaden habe. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist aber sicherlich die Wohnstube, mit Kamin, 2 Sesseln, 2 Sofas und einer langen Tafel. Und trotz dessen wirkt es nicht vollgestellt, sondern gemütlich.

schöner Italienurlaub

Wunderschöner und Erholsamer Aufenthalt in der Romagna

Wunderschönes, grosses und sauberes Haus auf einem herrlichen Anwesen. Man spürt das Herzblut des Erbauers und die Fröhlichkeit der Bewohner und Besucher. Das Haus ist geräumig mit einem grossen Wohnraum, der über zwei Stockwerke hinweg geht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit einem fünfflammigen Gasherd sowie einem kleinen Tisch. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer, zwei mit je einem Doppelbett und eines mit zwei Etagenbetten. Auf jedem Stockwerk befindet sich ein Bad mit Dusche und WC sowie Bidet. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit vielen Erinnerungsstücken des Erbauerehepaars. Der Garten ist gross und man kann wunderbar draussen sitzen. Es gibt eine grosszügige Einfahrt mit einem Tor. Wir waren Anfang April für eine Woche anwesend, teilweise war es etwas kühl. Im Sommer bei Hitze ist das Haus dann vermutlich ein noch grösseres Plus. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die drei engagierten, freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Geschwister, die sich um das Haus und die Vermietung kümmern: Cecilia, Dino und Metteo. Bei Fragen stehen sie stets hilfreich zur Seite und man wird von A bis Z wunderbar betreut. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und auch die Umgebung ist besonders. Das Licht ist sanft und die Farben im Frühling sind kräftig und leuchtend. Auf jeder Bergspitze hat es gefühlt eine Burg oder eine Festung. Wir haben die Natur und die Ruhe genossen und freuen uns, wenn wir wieder hierherkommen dürfen.

Tolles, sehr persönliches Haus

Ruhig gelegen, in den Hügeln der Emilia Romagna, nahe San Marino. Das Haus hat eine tolle Atmosphäre und ganz viel Platz, ist perfekt ausgestattet und sowohl draußen als auch drinnen überaus gemütlich. 4 Männer die eigentlich zu den Senioren-Europameisterschaften im TT hier waren, haben jeden Morgen das Frühstück auf der Terrasse und den Abend genossen. Und natürlich war der kleine Pool bei Temperaturen über 30° absolut erfrischend und erholsam. Dank an Cecilia, die uns überaus freundlich eingewiesen hat. Die Ausflugstipps waren perfekt.

Absolut empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus für Familien!

Das Haus "La casa dei Formica" ist ein sehr schön gelegenes Ferienhaus mit viel persönlicher Geschichte, einer gemütlichen Einrichtung und einem großen Garten. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, so dass man sofort kochen könnte. Sogar die Messer sind scharf! ;-) Man fühlt sich direkt zu Hause, zumal wir auch mit einer regional typischen Salami, Piadina und hausgebranntem Grappa empfangen wurden. Für den Kamin ist auch genug Brennholz vorhanden. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind sehr sauber, sogar Seife, Duschgel und Schampoo sind vorhanden. Einzig die Terasse hinter dem Haus hätte ein wenig aufgeräumter sein können. Unbedingt notwendig ist ein Auto, um im max. 10 Minuten entfernten Supermarkt einkaufen zu können oder Ausflüge im Valmarecchia, nach Rimini oder San Marino zu machen. Ganz herzlich bedanken möchten wir uns bei Cecilia und Matteo (2 der 3 Vermietergeschwister), die wir persönlich kennenlernen durften und die uns von Anfang an herzlich willkommen hießen und unseren Aufenthalt unkompliziert gestalteten. Wir hoffen, dass wir an diesem schönen Ort, dem "La casa dei Formica" bald wieder Urlaub machen können!

Quando nostro padre ci lasciò, ottobre 2020, abbiamo deciso di affittare questa meravigliosa casa immersa nel verde cercando di far sentire a casa propria gli ospiti e di far vivere momenti di relax e beatitudine come lo sono stati per noi. Cerchiamo di accogliere sempre gli ospiti personalmente perché per noi è importante spiegare il valore che questa casa ha per noi.

Il progetto del 1990 è stato interamente ideato da nostro padre e nostra madre con ambienti grandi proprio perché la loro intenzione era quella di organizzare feste, ritrovi.

What makes this property unique

Affittiamo l'intera proprietà con spazi molto grandi e un giardino ampio per godere in estrema tranquillità ogni momento che si trascorre nella Casa dei Formica. E' possibile pranzare sotto il portico al fresco anche nelle ore più calde della giornata e ammirare dal giardino il panorama collinoso attorno.
Ci sono diversi percorsi di trekking e siamo felici di illustrarveli quando arriverete.
