Great Location, run down facilities and terrible communication
One had to chace the agency (fewo-direkt is only a broker charging 15% for use of their website; with lousy chatbots and badly programmed KI there is no help at all to be expected when needed; wondering if real people are working there - no chance to get a phone number!) for payments (!!) - if there would not have been a second contact number of them (ELRONDAGUAL - certainly never again) which we coincidentally found (the lady LLESINA was exceotionally helpful and considerate even though not being in charge - she just took care, so five stars for her as a person) we would have been lost with the provided phone number and the person in charge: Queen CAMILA from Elron Villas, never reachable by phone, never, arrogant and negligent. Less customer service hardly experienced, commencing with an incredibly complicated (since very old, like the facilities) web check-in system which cost us 3 days to manage. Otherwise she refused to provide the simple code for the key box.Facilities: run down, skimming phase. Paint coming off the walls, electrical installations partly dangerous. Not a single smoke detector working. Despite advertising "air con" one would have to pay 50 per day extra would you want to use it (fraud!). Same accounts for a heater (according to Queen CAMILA) - so we had to buy one ourselves. All in all: great location and view, lousy service and run-down facilities. If you want to have true and nerve-saving holidays stay away from Elron Villas.Pics not uploadable!
