COLON is a unique apartment due to the amazing views of La Zurriola Beach. It is situated in Gros, which is a popular neighbourhood in San Sebastian, famous among surfers and it offers great cultural entertainment options, such as de Jazz Festival or the Film Festival. It is situated only 5 minutes away from the Old Town and the city centre.
The apartment has been remodelled using first rate materials and furniture and it is completely equipped. It has been decorated taking care of even the smallest details mixing modern and classic styles. It is situated on the second floor of a building with elevator. There are three double bedrooms, a lounge-dining room, two bathrooms with shower tubs, a toilet, and a modern independent kitchen, equipped with all the appliances and complete kitchenware. The lounge-dining room has great views of La Zurriola Beach and a small balcony. Two of the bedrooms have single beds of 90cm (one of them has an ensuite bathroom). The other bedroom has a double bed of 150cm.
It is perfect for a family or a group of friends that are looking to spend their holiday in San Sebastian thanks to its great location. This apartment has no private parking but you will find a public parking 150m away.
