Loft+Garden in Isola

Before being a loft, it was a part of a farmstead or “Cascina”. That’s why you can feel a particular atmosphere, that reminds old times…It is located in Isola, the coolest neighborhood of Milan. Isola means ‘island’ in Italian and it is exactly that; an urban Island with small shops, art galleries, local trattorie, and some of Milan’s coolest hangouts. It is also the heart of Milan Street Art and of some of the most beautiful contemporary architectures such as Bosco Verticale.
Forget about noise, traffic, flowers and plants surround you with their scents and freshness. The apartment is a loft with a beautiful garden outside. The loft has a living room with a big sofa, which can be turned in sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a table for 3 to enjoy your meals. The bedroom is upstairs, on the mezzanine. The bathroom is modern and furnished with shower. The loft has A/C, dishwasher and washing machine.

How to collect keys:
Key collection does not take place at the flat but we use the Key Nest service.

How does it work?

-After the booking is confirmed you will receive a message on Vrbo chat containing a link to access the registration process. Follow the steps indicated and enter the details of all guests staying (this process is very important and required by law). You can find all the information on alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato.

-Once the registration is complete, you will receive a link with the code needed to collect the keys in the Vrbo chat.

Check out:

You will be able to leave the flat by 11:00 am.
The keys must be returned to the same KeyNest point by 11:30 am.
Failure to return the key by 11:30 am will result in a late check out fee of 50% of the nightly rate.
Please consider the opening hours and plan your stay accordingly.

Other important information:

- Take care of the house as if it were your own; all items inside must be returned in the same condition as they were on the day of your arrival. In case of damage, you will be responsible for the cost of the item or repair.
-Damaging the lock, losing or breaking the keys will result in an additional cost ranging from 100€ to 500€ to be borne by the guest.
- We inform guests that the property does not provide soaps and detergents.

Please leave the house tidy, with the rubbish sorted as indicated in the recycling instructions. In case of additional cleaning and/or non-compliance, the costs will be charged to the guest. Thank you for your time, we look forward to seeing you.
