Quality holiday home with whirlpool located in a very popular holiday home area on Als. The modern and well-appointed cottage is made in bright and timeless design with a view of undeveloped natural area. Here you can recreate with family and friends, inside and out. The open kitchen / living area invites to cozy hours in front of the stove. Here is TV with many channels as well as wireless internet for streaming. There is extra TV in one bedroom. In the bathroom you will find a charitable whirlpool. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. The house is located on an undisturbed corner plot where the sun can be enjoyed all day on the large terrace section. Enjoy sunrise and sunset and take advantage of the opportunity for a barbecue evening together. The house has a large landscaped garden with the possibility of ball games etc. There are only approx. 300 m to one of Denmark's best beaches. The garage serves as a technical room and is not accessible. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
