This stone-built holiday home is housed in a small typical Ardennes village: Les Tailles, located on a plateau at an altitude of 600m. This cottage is near the Barraque de Fraiture, known for its ski slopes, and between Houffalize (the capital of mountain biking) and the tourist town of La Roche-en-Ardenne which houses its famous feudal castle.

After a nice walk, you can relax in the sauna and by the fireplace in the living room.

ruime vakantiewoning voor families met jonge kinderen
Voor jonge kinderen is er een leuke tuin met speeltuigen. De indeling van de bovenverdieping is wat raar; steile trap naar de zolderkamer. De bedden zijn niet comfortabel. De benedenverdieping is wel OK. Houtgestookte sauna! Rustig gelegen vakantiewoning; goed bereikbaar, maar ver van een centrum (dus geen bakker, winkel etc. in de onmiddellijke omgeving).

Außen hui, innen pfui!!!
Die Lage ist wirklich sehr schön und ländlich. Die Gartenanlage ist wirklich top und wir waren sehr froh, dass wir die Zeit zu 90% draußen verbringen konnten. (Unter dem Carport könnte jedoch auch mal aufgeräumt werden) Das Haus wirkt von außen sehr urig und einladend, innen dann das böse Erwachen. Nur ein paar Punkte: - Türklinken die einem entgegen kommen wenn man die Türen schließen bzw. öffnen will - Haare der Vorgänger die im 1. OG durch den Abfluss nach oben kommen wenn man duscht - Griffe in der Küche total verklebt - Toiletten nicht gründlich gereinigt - 2 separate Toiletten, in denen selbst die Kinder Probleme hatten sich die Hose hoch zu ziehen (viel zu eng, sollte man dann auch im Inserat drauf aufmerksam machen) -Schimmel!!! In einer Ecke vom Wohnbereich (rechts neben dem Kamin) -Möbel total verkommen und veraltet -Bettdecken und Kopfkissen mit Flecken (Zum Glück hatten wir unsere eigene Bettwäsche und Handtücher dabei) Alles in allem ist das Haus und die Inneneinrichtung genauso wie auf den Fotos. (Deswegen auch 4 Sterne bei der Genauigkeit des Onlineinserat) Hier sieht man aber mal wieder ganz klar, wie sehr Bilder einen täuschen können. Wir sind bestimmt nicht überempfindlich, aber das ging für diesen Preis gar nicht. Würde jedem davon abraten dieses Objekt zu buchen. Lobenswert jedoch die Kommunikation vor Anreise mit dem Vermieter, bzw. der Agentur

Le descriptif des chambres (lits bébé, ayille exacte des lits...) et salles de bain (2 salle de bain, une avec douche et une avec bain, deux douches dans le sauna, deux WC séparés et pas de WC dans les salles de bain) n'est pas assez précis. Un plan serait aussi un plus.
