Absolutely Ideal :). Great van and so close to amenities and the beach which my Dog absolutely loves. Thanks for having us and I’m sure we will be back
Caravan was very nice to stay in we had a problem with gas fire which was sorted out very quickly by owners only other thing i can
say is there's no lock on bathroom door
Great caravan on a nice quiet site. Good for dogs. Older caravan but perfect for what we wanted. Everything worked so no complaints. Have stayed in sister caravan on this site previously. Site has its on clubhouse that serve nice food and drinks and of course are very dog friendly. Close to beach and walk in to Mablethorpe. Would stay again.
Nice location, thank you for letting us to stay in your house. However I would like to suggest a little more attention to cleaning (especially if you can clean the kettle was full of scale.... And if we dare in the front of the house is a bit untidy with the old dead grass...
We would like to come back again, thank you

Disliked: Cleanliness
Mattresses in desperate need of destroying.
Overall poor quality for the cost.
Windows Ill fitted and needed smartening up.
Dirty seats and an awful smell.
Having seen some mixed reviews of this caravan we were unsure whether the negatives would have been addressed (all reviews were last year). Also the booking stated that bedding & wiFi were chargeable as extra. The hosts answered our queries very promptly & neither carried extra costs.
The caravan itself needs a bit of TLC (tender loving care). The seating has caps missing (from the tops of the decorative buttons) so they are a little uncomfortable to sit on. The table has sharp edges where the edging is worn & the shower drain (especially) is very slow & the risk of flooding was slightly worrying. The TV reception was dreadful although Netflix & YouTube were great!
One of the saucepans was burnt & the coating of another would come off in the food...thankfully we didn't cook much. The microwave was good but unfortunately there were no utensils to use in it....
On the plus side, the fire in the van was great (we had a few gales!) and there were two electric heaters if you needed them too. The water was always piping hot & the shower was great (very small space but powerful - a small shelf in the bathroom would be useful too).
Beds were comfortable enough in confined spaces. Plenty hanging space in wardrobes & lots of mirrors. The campsite pub Cedars was great, cracking food & big portions. No entertainment in September but there is a games room for pool & table football etc. Very friendly welcome.
So all in all for the price, I'd say you could do a lot worse.Loved the beaches!
Lovely van , spacious...only thing I would suggest would be single beds needs new mattresses as they are very uncomfortable feel springs so had to put a spare quilt on top of mattress , also window in big bedroom when closed there is a gap at bottom can see outside so drafty and cold when sleeping.
nice caravan, single beds a bit tight and ariel needs a booster on the tv, signal drops off in the evening, but well situated and a nice quiet site with good amenities enjoyed the stay
Had a brilliant time could not fault caravan or site will definitely return.

About the host
Hosted by Chris and Jayne Boom
We are a small family run business and have a number of chalets and caravans to let on the chalet park. We try to keep our prices competitive to allow our guests to enjoy their vacation without breaking the bank. We live on site so if there are any problems we are on hand to sort them out quickly.
Why they chose this property
We recently purchased this property and put a new fridge freezer in it. The property is only a small distance from the beach.
What makes this property unique
The caravan is on a quiet site away from the main hustle and bustle of a busy park. There is s small children play area close to the caravan and a larger one near the restaurant / clubhouse.
