The apartment of about 60 square meters, ideal for 2 people, is on two levels and consists of an open-space living room, with a kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances, a table for dining, a two-seater sofa on the ground floor, a double bedroom and a spacious bathroom with shower on the first floor. The apartment is very bright and fresh during the summer, in winter there is heating and possibly a pellet stove for the colder days. Outside there is a large park shared with the owner, who occasionally lives in the villa. There is a barbecue, a patio with outdoor kitchen. You can leave your car outside the gate in a private street.

By choice I have always preferred quality to quantity and it is seen from the care with which I take care of the house, especially the garden, with its plants and its courtyard animals that populate it (like three docile donkeys, a pair of peacocks, two dogs and a cat). For me the important thing is not the economic aspect, but the satisfaction in seeing my satisfied guests.

Why they chose this property
The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. There is a barbecue in the garden. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
What makes this property unique
The apartments are located a few meters from a main Umbrian settlement later became the last settlement of Byzantine origin in Umbria. It is situated 3 km from the beautiful Abbey Montelabate (896 a.C.) one of the most beautiful and important in the area. In the district there are a lot of castles, churches and other abbeys make the place ideal for wonderful walks in the woods of oaks and junipers.
