Two bedroom apartment, situated in the western part of centre of Nerja, just 3 minutes walk from La Torrecilla beach, near Plaza de los Cangrejos. Located on the second floor of the building Albaida II, this wonderful apartment has a recently renovated bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffe machine. Its south-facing balcony offers marvelous views of the sea. The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and the bedrooms, flat screen TV with international channels and free WIFI. The building also has a communal garden and swimming pool (POOL CLOSED FOR RENOVATION FROM APRIL 2024 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE). Although it is in a quiet area, El Balcón de Europa is only 0.6 km away, and there are many restaurants and shops in the vecinity.
