Bright and Modern Studio in a Stunning Location!!

This self-contained studio with its own private entrance and stunning 180-degree views over the gardens, forms part of a large 2nd floor flat in a Grade A listed Victorian terrace, that has been renovated throughout to a very high standard.

The apartment layout has been designed with separate sleeping, dining & sitting areas and a well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher. An adjoining W.C. and shower room with modern fixtures, a washer/dryer and decorative fireplace completes the guest suite.

The rooms have a wonderfully light and spacious feel to them. The neutral decor and contemporary furnishings add a modern touch to what is essentially a period property. The star feature is undoubtedly the wide-angled view from the bay window, overlooking both the residential gardens and the Edinburgh skyline!

The guest suite has its own private entrance from the landing and the connecting inner door to the rest of the property is locked, to afford both our guests and us total privacy during their stay.

The guest suite forms part of our flat and main residence. So whilst we may come and go during the daytime, we should be around most evenings.

Aside from the arrival day, there is no requirement for guests to interact with us, unless they wish to do so of course! :-)
