Situated in the urbanization of Puerto de las Nieves, the access to the duplex is on both sides of the urbanization. At the entrance, there is a small furnished terrace.

Once inside we find a very cozy living-dining room, as well as a toilet and a fully fitted kitchen with a utility room with free wifi.

In the living room, we find the stairs that lead us to the upper floor. There we have three bedrooms as well as a complete bathroom.

Absolutamente todo lo que puedo decir es que tanto la casa cómo el personal que nos atiende en todo momento es lo que hace que repitamos desde hace unos años, y lo haremos al menos hasta el 2030. La casa está muy bien situada, es muy cómoda, tiene todo lo que necesitas para unas vacaciones. A lo mejor lo que añadiría sería un ventilador, pero eso por ponerme exquisita, este año lo llevamos y no lo usamos.

Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung und war für uns ideal (4köpfige Familie). Gleich ums Eck befindet sich ein Supermarkt; zum Strand ist es ein kurzer Fußweg und auch die 'Naturschwimmbecken' sind schnell zu erreichen. Trotz dieser zentralen Lage ist die Unterkunft sehr ruhig und wir haben auch den kleinen 'Vorgarten' fürs Frühstücken sehr genossen. Javier war auch immer zu erreichen und hat binnen weniger Minuten auf Fragen reagiert.

Playa de las Nieves und Agaete Dream sind wirklich ein Traum. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mit Fussgängerzone, Auto konnte in der Tiefgarage gegen Tagesgebühr geparkt werden. Puerto de las Nieves ist klein, aber man kann als Tourist hier alles finden, Restaurants, Apotheke, Supermarkt, Souvenirläden, Bars. Kurzer Fussweg von der Unterkunft zum Strand. Der Hausherr stand per Whatsapp jederzeit mit Antworten auf Fragen zum Aufenthalt zur Verfügung, netter Kontakt und wir wüden die nächste Reise nach Agaete wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

A sensational place both in terms of premises and location. The house is large, spacious and very well equipped. Only fan for the master bedroom would be useful because it was very stuffy. The rest is really perfect. Close to everything: shop, promenade, natural pools about 5 minutes walk away. Puerto de las Nieves is a gem not to be missed. A place for people who don't like crowds. Peace, ocean, cliffs and nice people around - mostly Spanish. I recommend!
