The house has two floors, with the entrance and reception area on the first floor. Large living-dining room with a fully equipped American kitchen and access to a large terrace where you can enjoy magnificent views of the sea, mountain, and garden.

Furnished terrace area where you can sunbathe, eat, and enjoy the outdoors. Living room with different spaces, armchairs, and a large dining table. The beautiful views can also be enjoyed from the interior thanks to the large window. There is also a bathroom and laundry area.

On the second floor, there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
One bedroom with two beds and access to an upper terrace. Another bedroom with bunk beds and a sofa with terrace access. A bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with terrace access, and another bedroom with a double bed, bathroom, and access to the garden.

This is a spacious, large, and very bright house. Surrounded by a garden with spectacular sea views. Very pleasant for spending your holidays.

The price does NOT include sheets or towels. The client can rent them additionally for 16€/person.
Tourist tax not included. Tax of 1.00€ per day and person for those over 16 years old, with a maximum of 7 days.
The deposit will be charged upon arrival by bank card.
