With a privileged location less than 50 metres from Fustera Beach, between Calpe and Moraira, Marta Beach 1 offers access to a fine sandy beach and crystal clear waters, ideal for water activities such as kayaking and paddle surfing. As a Marine Reserve, it is a diver's paradise, with a rich diversity of marine life offering an exciting underwater experience.

The flat is located less than 50 metres from Playa de la Fustera, between Calpe and Moraira, one of the most coveted beaches in the area for its characteristics. Fine sandy beach and beach bar on the beach, nautical activities, picnic areas, children's playgrounds and supermarket within a 2 minute walk.

Marta Beach 4 is located in a recently built complex with chill-out restaurant, swimming pool, sun loungers and Balinese beds, including some nights with live music.

The flat consists of a spacious and bright living-dining room with open plan fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV and wifi. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed with open access, no entrance door and bathroom with shower.
