Everything perfect

First, I have to thank for everything! It was a best holiday. Francesco and Gianni are a very nice, helpful, reliable men. The apartment is very comfortable and the roof terrace is perfect. The first day we were sitting only on the roof terrace all day long. The view is amazing, wonderful. Vieste is a fabulous city, everybody is kindly.

Appartamento incantevole con vista panoramica ammaliante.

Una volta entrati in appartamento abbiamo avuto una bella sensazione di accoglienza.La finestra..una volta aperta..non l'abbiamo più chiusa..mare ovunque..e che mare.La terrazza sul tetto incantevole!!

Uitzicht op zee en strand

Prima woning, prachtig ruim dakterras. Je loopt zo naar beneden het oude centrum in, volop restaurants en cafe's. Of naar het mooie zandstrand. Wij waren er buiten het seizoen en dan is het heerlijk rustig. Misschien wel wat veel trappen voor wie niet meer zo soepel ter been is...

Logement de qualité où nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La vue de la terrasse est grandiose et l’appartement est bien placé dans le centre historique de la ville, tout se fait à pied. Traumhafte Terrasse und zentral gelegen

So einen Ausblick bezahlt man sonst mit viel Geld. Super! Wohnung ist ansonsten grosszügig geschnitten (zumindest für 2 Personen) und sehr gut ausgestattet. Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch bei uns gab es eine Obstschale und Prosecco zur Begrüßung. Gerne wieder!

Besser gehts nicht!!!

Verlässlicher, hilfsbereiter, unkomplizierter und sehr netter Kontakt. Die Terrasse hat meiner Meinung nach den besten Ausblick, welchen es in Vieste gibt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt - mitten in der Altstadt. Der Strand ist ebenfalls schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Absolut zu empfehlen!!!

Tolles Appartement

Wir waren 1Woche in diesem Appartement.Es liegt ruhig, aber man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt mit Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants. Die Dachterrasse hatte es uns sehr angetan - mit ihrem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf das Meer und den Strand. Francesco hat uns mit einer Flasche Prosecco und einer Obstschale sehr nett in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigem ausgestattet. Einziger Nachteil ist der steile Treppenaufgang zum Appartement.

An apartment with an amazing view

We stepped down a very narrow 'old-town' street to a little wooden door to be greeted by a very kind gentleman called Francesco. Up we went on a steep stone stairway to an apartment perched on a cliff with the most amazing views south along Vieste beach. The personal touches of the bottle of Prosecco in the fridge and the fruit bowl on the table made a perfect welcome. One day we walked the 3km beach to find a nice place for coffee right at the south end. The steep ascents and descents, as we explored the town, meant we went home fitter than we came. Lunch on the roof top terrace in the warm April sunshine was amazing.

Perfekte Lage, wunderschöne Aussicht

Im September haben wir zu zweit eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage in der Altstadt ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Der Blick von der Dachterrasse ist atemberaubend. Die Wohnung ist gut geeignet für Ausflüge in die Wälder des Gargano und die Strände in der Umgebung. Durch den großzügigen Schnitt der Wohnung ist auch einmal ein Regentag kein Problem. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Incantevole!

Questa casa è semplicemente stupenda, un vero paradiso, siamo stati benissimo, semplicemente da provare, la consiglio a tutti. La terrazza vero valore aggiunto ci ha regalato un panorama stupendo che ci rimarrà sempre nel cuore. Grazie davvero!!!

Terrazzo magnifico

Vieste è veramente molto bella e questo appartamento è in una posizione strategica. L'appartamento perfettamente attrezzato è ben arredato. Spettacolare la vista dalle finestre e dalla terrazza. Coup de coeur garanti!: Nous venons de passer une semaine paradisiaque dans le studio de Gianni et de Francesco. Le studio est d'une propreté exemplaire, très lumineux et hyper bien situé...La vue de la terrasse est absolument magnifique!!La photo ne donne qu'un tout petit aperçu de la beauté de l'endroit..De l'autre côté, la vue sur la vieille ville est tout aussi jolie et cela nous a fait pensé aux villages perchés des îles grecs et de Santorin en particulier...Bref, n'hésitez pas une seule seconde..vous ne regretterez pas votre choix! A coup sûr , nous reviendrons dans cet endroit magique! Catherine et Bruno

Meraviglioso

Einfach wunderbar,vor allem die Dachterasse ,sauber sehr freundlich,alles vorhanden,wir haben es sehr genossen,bis auf die jugendlichen die allabendlich unter dem Schlafzimmerfenster gefeiert haben und den Müll hinterlassen haben.Es ist sehr zu empfehlen hier den Urlaub zu verbringen.Vor allem da man alles zu Fuß gut erreichen kann.

"Alloggio semplicemente f...

"Alloggio semplicemente fantastico situato in cima al paese di Vieste. Hanno tutti ragione le foto non rendono giustizia a quello che provi appena sali in terrazza! L''alloggio ha una vista da favola ed è dotato di ogni confort, ha addirittura 2 condizionatori, uno nel salone e uno in camera da letto, anche se non li abbiamo mai usati in quanto l''alloggio è fresco e ben arieggiato. I proprietari Gianni e Francesco sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi, già al telefono Gianni ci aveva dato un''ottima impressione e al nostro arrivo Francesco ci ha deliziato con un cesto di frutta della sua terra e olio prodotto dal lui oltre ad una bottiglia di vino locale. Non dimenticheremo mai la vista mozzafiato che accompagnava le nostre colazioni e cene e i dopo sera distesi a guardare le stelle. A 5 minuti a piedi si è sulla spiaggia del Pizzomunno dove è presente sia spiaggia libera che attrezzata a prezzi modici.La sera in 2 minuti a piedi si è subito catapultati nella vita notturna del centro storico di Vieste pieno di trattorie tipiche e suggestive e negozietti. Considerato che la casa è in cima al centro storico tenete presente che ci sono parecchie scalinate e la scala che conduce all''appartamento è un pò ripida per questo lo suggeriamo a giovani o coppie con bambini non troppo piccoli,per il resto tutto eccezionale. Per il parcheggio Francesco ci ha segnalato un parcheggio custodito a 100 mt, a prezzi modici, consigliato in quanto a Vieste è molto difficile trovare parcheggio. Ringraziamo ancora infinitamente Gianni e Francesco con la speranza di vederci dinuovo il prossimo anno."

"This is a great house to...

"This is a great house to stay! The accommodation is awesome. From an historic back street with a very small front door you enter a beautiful house with an unprecedented roof terrace of which the view is 100X better than the pictures show you! The amenities are perfect with a good supplied kitchen and a nice and clean bathroom. Also the bed is great and the entire house has multiple air conditioning units installed. The surroundings are great. Vieste is a very nice place to stay with day trips around the peninsula or an advisable boat trip to the Tremitie Islands. The owners are just awesome. The will meet you on your arrival (drive to the end of Viale Federico II at the base of the castle like building) and provide you with all the information you need (including charts and folders). Although we didn''t speak French or Italian, both the arrival and departure went very smooth. All in all I would really recommend this house for true sun and beach lovers who are looking for an awesome place to stay!"
