Luxury 3 Bed House and Hot Tub - Sandown Seafront

11 Breakwaters is a contemporary luxury 3 bedroom house in a prime position on Sandown seafront, just a stone's throw from the Blue Flag sandy beach.

This brand new house has been thoughtfully designed with you and your family’s comfort in mind, with a large sociable open plan kitchen, dining and living area. For those that enjoy cooking there is a fully equipped stylish kitchen with breakfast bar and stools, designer appliances and coffee machine. If you fancy a relaxing night in after a busy day exploring, you can recline on the comfy sofa in front of the 55” Smart TV. Carpeted stairs lead to the first floor where there is master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, wall mounted Smart TV, air conditioning unit and ensuite shower and WC, a bunk bed room (with an extra trundle bed underneath) plus an air conditioning unit and a third bedroom with a zip and link bed (initially set up as a Super King but can be set up as twin beds if requested at the time of booking), plus a sleek family bathroom with a rain shower over the bath, hand basin, WC, shaver point and LED mirror. All rooms throughout have individually controllable underfloor heating.

For those that enjoy eating al fresco or a few quiet drinks there is a patio door from the lounge that leads to a furnished patio with parasol and fire pit. It’s a great little space to soak up some rays!

A fun new addition to the house is a 4 person hot tub .

There is also a private driveway with space for 2 cars as well as an EV charge point, a garage for storing bikes and other beach equipment.

Due to the property's fantastic seafront location next to historic beachfront hotels, live music can sometimes be heard into the evening.

We do accept short breaks outside of school holidays (Friday to Monday and Monday to Friday). Please call to enquire.

Dogs are welcome at no extra charge.

Linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.

Dogs are welcome but please keep them to the ground floor. There is a retractable stair gate at the bottom of the stairs.

Great house to stay atv

The House was fantastic and on arrival their was a welcome pack with lots of lovely things in . The whole property was cosy with underfloor heating . Large lounge diner and 3 good size bedrooms. We would come again to this lovely property.

Property was very nice and well equipped did feel that cleaning products and spare bin liners could have been provided. The development is still being built there was noise from 8 each morning. Sandown is very run down.

Beautiful property

Absolutely fabulous property, exactly as listed. Very clean and finished to a high standard. The Bandstand Cafe (1 min walk) is brilliant. The rest of the area itself isn’t fab (very run down) but nowhere is very far on the IOW!
