The house is a classic, modernized villa and consists on the ground floor of a large kitchen / living room, living room, entrance with washing area and bathroom. On the 1st floor there are two good rooms in a large double bedroom with exposed beams and a slightly smaller double room with good closet space. Adjacent to the villa you will find an annex with its own entrance with the third room with double bed. The villa is modernly decorated with bright colors throughout. The enclosed patio environment is top notch and you can enjoy the summer evenings from a fantastic terrace. Parking for one car. If there are several cars, they must stay a little away, as parking is not allowed on the road, in front of the house. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
