Cas Carello is a finca for 12 people located in Alcanada, one of the most prestigious places in the north of the island, close to the Alcanada Golf Club and the calm water coves. A house at a high altitude from where you can enjoy privileged views of the island's nature and the blue water coastline.
The accommodation does not accept groups of teenagers or young people under 30 years of age. Except for families with children.
The two-storey house has a swimming pool with sun loungers for sunbathing in summer, as well as several terraces where the family can gather to eat and chat.
The Mediterranean style decoration is well cared for and modern; in the common rooms, very modern, there are several dining rooms with fireplaces, bright and with access to the terrace. Sat TV and free WiFi
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, electrical appliances and a table for working or having breakfast with the family.
On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms and on the 1st floor, which is reached by an external staircase, there are another 3 bedrooms.
This property has air conditioning in the living room on both floors and in the main bedroom on the first floor. Fans are also provided.
