The Charming Puerta del Sol III apartment is located in the popular Puerta del Sol. It is a fully equipped duplex apartment:

BEDROOM 1: With double bed and wardrobe.
BEDROOM 2: With double bed and space to store clothes.
BEDROOM 3: With bunk bed (2 single beds) and space to store clothes.
BEDROOM 3: In the attic, with double bed, wardrobe.
It also has 2 full bathrooms with shower.

The living room, a perfect place to relax after a long day, is equipped with a sofa bed, flat screen TV and dining table. You will also find a small loft that can be used as a games room, it has a table football.

The kitchen is also fully equipped: fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, kettle, plates glasses, kitchen utensils ...

Despite being in the most central place in the city, the apartment is super quiet, as it is located on the highest floor of the building and is indoors.

Among the apartment's amenities we also find: free wifi, washer and dryer, sheets and towels, free toiletries.

The pure center of Madrid and the zero kilometer of all the roads in Spain, just at that point is the accommodation. It is the Puerta del Sol, a must-see for everyone who comes to Madrid and a square that locals walk through every day.

From the accommodation it is possible to walk to the most emblematic places of Madrid, the Plaza Mayor, the well-known Gran Vía, the Prado Museum and the Royal Palace are only a few minutes walk away.





HOW TO MOVE

We recommend you walk to all the places, since you are in the center of all the attractions, but if you still want to take a metro or train, in the same square you have the Sol metro and train station at your disposal.



THE FINE PRINT

-There are baby cots available to rent for 30€ / stay. Please request the baby cot to the host prior to your arrival.

-Every guest must present a valid ID/Passport and credit/debit card upon check-in.

-Events and/or parties are not allowed.

-For reservation of 28 nights or more, electricity and gas bills will be included up to 50€. The tenant will have to pay for any extra.

-Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.
