comfortable flat for two people with a wonderful terrace

comfortable and clean flat for two people with a wonderful terrace and all main furnitures, fast WIFI included, 5 minutes walking from centre. The bed is very good, only for long period two linen changes could be nice to reach perfection.

Attico Ambra veramente particolare, completo di tutti i comfort,comodo per una coppia, terrazze ampie e panoramiche. Bello, pratico e in posizione strategica

Appartamento davvero accogliente, completo di tutto e di piu (abbiamo trovato anche sale, zucchero, olio, prodotti per la pulizia ecc.. che non è scontato ritrovare in una casa in affitto) ed in posizione strategica in quanto il centro di Villasimius è raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi ma allo stesso tempo ci si trova in una zona tranquilla dove è anche facile trovare parcheggio per l'auto. Il terrazzo è sicuramente il pezzo forte della casa e permette colazioni, pranzi o cene in relax ammirando le montagne vicine. Comunicazione rapida e puntuale sia con la proprietà che con l'agenzia che gestisce l'appartamento la quale ci ha anche fornito svariate informazioni turistiche molto utili.

Schönes Appartement mit toller Terrasse!

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, die Bilder passen zu 100%. Kleine, zweckmäßig eingerichtete Küche mit Esstisch, dazu eine sehr große Terrasse und ein "kleiner" Balkon am Schlafzimmer. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und nichts vermisst. Einzige Mini-Minuspunkte: 1.) Keine klassischen Decken im Schlafzimmer, nur ein großes Laken und Wolldecken. 2.) Viele Hunde in der Umgebung, die ihre Vorgärten laut bellend verteidigen... (wofür die Vermieterin aber natürlich nichts kann). Ansonsten aber top und eine echte Empfehlung!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit großem Panoramabalkon

Wir, 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern im Alter von 12 Jahren, haben hier 9 Tage im Oktober verbracht. Es war von der Betreuung durch Francesca alles sehr gut und wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Zumal wir auch abends bei angenehmen Temperaturen noch schöne Zeit auf dem großen Aussenbalkon verbringen konnten. Grazie Francesca !!!

Praktische Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Die Kommunikation verlief trotz Sprachbarrieren einwandfrei und wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist klein, hat aber wirklich alles was man braucht für einen Strandurlaub (sogar einen Sonnenschirm für den Strand). Sie ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und so fehlte uns zumindest auf den Terassen etwas mehr Gemütlichkeit. Leider war auch die Matratze im Bett sehr unbequem und durchgelegen, was zu einigen schlaflosen Nächten geführt hat. Diese sollte zum Wohle der zukünftigen Gäste unbedingt mal ausgetauscht werden. Rundum hatten wir aber eine gute Zeit in Villasimius.

Appartamento grazioso e panoramico. Pulizia ottima. Cortesia. Siamo stati benissimo!

Siamo una coppia con una bimba di quasi 3 anni, abbiamo soggiorno in questo appartamento dal 9 al 17 luglio 2022 e siamo stati benissimo. L'appartamento è come presentato in foto (forse dal vivo fa un effetto ancora più gradevole) e ha due ampie terrazze (con vista panoramica su Villasimius e sulle montagne) dove ci siamo potuti godere piacevoli colazioni al "fresco" e cene al tramonto (il sole tramonta proprio sulle montagne davanti). Comoda la lavatrice in terrazza e l'ampio spazio per stendere asciugamani, teli mare ecc. Cucina ben accessoriata con lavastoviglie, microonde e macchina caffè. Proprietaria disponibile, cortese e puntuale nelle risposte. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Francesca, responsabile accoglienza, per la sua disponibilità, cortesia e simpatia; al nostro arrivo ci ha presentato i dettagli dell'appartamento (che profumava di pulito) in maniera professionale e allo stesso tempo amichevole. Abbiamo avuto un ok anche per fare un late check-out (non essendo la villa prenotata da altri ospiti per il giorno della nostra partenza) ed è stata una comodità molto utile per noi prima di rimetterci in viaggio. Grazie. Sono disponibili anche alcune attrezzature per la spiaggia. Che dire poi della location (a 500 metri dal centro e vicina ai servizi principali), del clima, e delle spiagge dei dintorni... nell'arco di 5-15 minuti di macchina si hanno almeno 10 spiagge paradisiache, tra le più belle della Sardegna e di tutto il Mediterraneo, il cui mare è comparabile o anche migliore a quello dei tanto sognati Caraibi e Bahamas (dove sono stato). Per piccoli nuclei familiari (es. una coppia con 1 o 2 bambini) lo consiglio senz'altro!!! Bellissima vacanza. Speriamo di tornare un giorno... :)

Gemütliches Apartment

Ein schönes kleines, aber für alle Situationen ausgerüstetes Apartment. Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und einem 2 jährigen Kind da und es war platzmäßig ausreichend. Die Küche bot alles was man braucht um sie nutzen zu können und es war sehr sauber. Bei jeglichen Fragen war ein sehr netter Kontakt vor Ort erreichbar. Das Zentrum von Villasiumius war super fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder!!!

Bellissimo, il mare vicino qualche 5 minuti con la macchina e un bellissimo terrazzo con una bella vista. 2 passi dalla „città“. Molto comodo. Non manca niente.

Villasimius in relax

Appartamento molto grazioso, in zona tranquilla ma a due passi dal centro di Villasimius. Grandi terrazze dove mangiare e godersi il tramonto. Pulizia di assoluta qualità. Essendo il paese non proprio sul mare è consigliata un'auto al seguito anche per godere tutte le splendide cale e spiagge della zona. Una pecca? Il materasso non comodissimo, per tutto il resto, compresa l'abbondanza di prodotti per la pulizia della casa, pentole, bicchieri e tazze, spiaggine, ombrellone, racchettoni, ci si sente davvero a casa propria.

Sehr gute Ausstattung, insbesondere in der Küchenzeile, gute ruhige Lage mit Blick auf die Berge, 2 große Terassen ( kleine Anregung, Liegen wären schön ) Sehr gute Betreuung, leider nur in Italienisch vor Ort, aber mit Übersetzungsfunktion Handy war Verständigung möglich. Gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung

Gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger Umgebung. ..Innenstadt in ca.5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspülmaschine absoluter Luxus. Alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub braucht. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Übergabe und Abnahme sehr unkompliziert . Ok Matratze und Plastikstühle auf dem Balkon dürften bequemer sein aber das ist wirklich jammern auf hohem Niveau. ...Fazit auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen

Wunderschönes Apartment in sehr guter Lage

Wir verbrachten 14 Tage in diesem Apartment in Villasimius - und waren wirklich begeistert! Zum Ablauf: Die Kommunikation mit Isabella im Vorfeld war sehr freundlich und professionell. Vor Ort meldeten wir uns dann telefonisch bei Francesca - hier war die Kommunikation ein wenig abenteuerlich, da sie nur italienisch spricht, aber wir verstanden uns schließlich doch und die Schlüsselübergabe lief problemlos. Zur Wohnung: Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und bietet alles, was man benötigt - sogar von der Spülmaschine bis zur Waschmaschine. Besonders gut haben uns die beiden großen Balkone gefallen - einer davon überdacht und mit Tisch, der andere ideal, um ausgiebig die Sonne zu genießen. Man hat einen wunderbaren Blick über Villasimius und das Gebirge. Wirklich traumhaft! Zur Lage: Das Apartment ist ruhig gelegen am Ortsrand von Villasimius. Zum Stadtkern sind es etwa 5 Minuten Fußweg - hier gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Supermärkte und jede Menge Möglichkeiten, den Abend zu verbringen. Der Simius-Strand ist vom Apartment in ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Viel schöner sind aber die kleinen Buchten entlang der Küste. Hierfür benötigt man aber definitiv ein Auto. Fazit: Wir können das Apartment nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit - vielleicht kommen wir eines Tages wieder! :-)

Niedliche Wohnung mit kleinen Abstrichen

Die Schlüsselübergabe mit Francesca verlief komplett reibungslos und auch wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten, hatte sie sich darum gleich gekümmert. Da sie kein Englisch spricht, haben wir (dank Googleübersetzer) ihr italinische Nachrichten geschickt und so kommuniziert. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet, nur für 4 Leute wäre sie zu klein, da wir aber nur zu weit reisten, reichte sie aus. Leider fiel bei uns 2 Mal der komplette Strom aus, am ersten Tag hatten wir kein warmes Wasser und wer die komplette Ruhe sucht, wird sie leider nur bedingt finden, da nachts permanentes Hundegebelle ist- das war etwas ärgerlich. Aber Die Terrasse ist ein Traum.

piccolo ma comodo appartamento a due passi dal centro

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 settimane io e mio marito. L'appartamento si è presentato pulito e ordinato, arredamento moderno e accogliente con 2 grandi terrazzi. Praticamente siamo sempre stati all'aperto. La zona è tranquilla ma a pochi passi dal centro del paese. Non manca nulla, ci sono perfino spiaggine e ombrellone. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist in dieser hübschen, sehr gepflegten Wohnung gut aufgehoben. Der Blick von den zwei geräumigen Terrassen auf die Dächer von Villasimius und das Bergpanorama war für uns "Balsam für die Seele". Vom ersten Augenblick an haben wir uns hier wohlgefühlt. Überrascht hat uns die überdurchschnittlich gute Ausstattung des Haushalts, die wir aus anderen Ferienwohnungen so nicht kannten. Auch die optimale Lage-zentrumsnah und trotzdem ruhig-hat uns gut gefallen. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise verlief alles problemlos. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin klappte hervorragen, und auch die Ansprechpartner vor Ort waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Wiederkommen. L'appartamento è l'ideale per una vacanza

L'appartamento è l'ideale per passare una vacanza
