What an amazing place!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Son Canta. it is a beautiful, seculded location, hidden away in the mountains. Most of the time all you can hear are the birds and the cicadas! Would absolutely go back again!

secluded mountain villa

The property manager was exceptional always accessible warm, friendly, knowlegable and went beyond the call of duty when a vicious storm hit, very exciting and a great experience for those that like the rustic charm of this stunning Island.

Finca fantastical

Schöne ALTE aber restaurierte Finca. Mitten in der Natur mit vielen tierischen Gästen aber das macht es auch aus! Der rustikale Charme wird durch knarrende Dielen und kleine Fenster wiedergespiegelt. Doch dem ist man bewusst und wird durch unglaubliche Ruhe (außer gelegentlichen Wanderern und Raser auf der Straße) sowie einen fantastischen Ausblick belohnt.

Idyllisches Haus in den Bergen

Das Haus hat viel Charme, es ist sehr traumhaft ruhig gelegen, es gibt tolle Wandermöglichkeinten in der direkten Umgebung, schöne Restaurants (mit dem Auto zu erreichen) und auch zum Meer ist es nicht so weit. Gesellschaft leisten einem hier seltener Menschen, sondern eher Ziegen, Zikaden und kleine Ameisen, die ständig fleißig Krümel aufräumen. Wir haben auch den Pool sehr genossen und fanden den Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber sehr angenehm Die einzigen Nachteile: Bei bis zu 38 Grad Außentemperatur tagsüber waren die Schlafzimmer leider auch nachts ziemlich heiß und schlecht zu Lüften wegen der kleinen Fenster. Der Verkehr ist Freitag/Samstag spät Abends störend gewesen: Es kommen immer mal Wahnsinnige in rasenden Geschwindigkeiten den Berg hochgekurvt...

Sehr schönes Haus an wundervoller Lage

Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber und gross! Die Küche mit der eingebauten Feuerstelle zum Grillieren ist toll. Die Lage ist direkt an einer Passstrasse, für uns als Fahrradfahrer war das perfekt. Auch der Wanderweg befindet sich gleich nebenan. Die Aussicht ist wundervoll und der grosszügige Garten und der Pool auch perfekt für warme Tage. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und Giullem war sehr nett und unkompliziert :-) Vielen Dank!

Charming house in an old olive grove

We stayed a week in this charming finca. The house is very spacious, the kitchen is well equipped. The garden is pleasant, with a view of the hill covered with flowers and its old olive trees. We also saw goats and sheep grazing on the hill around the house. There are no neighbors and the environment is rather quiet (but we could hear the motorcycles passing on the road located 70m from the house). The manager Guillem is very friendly and always ready to give good advice on places worth visiting. Thanks to him, we even had a rental car for half the price offered by conventional rental companies. To summarize, this is a place we recommend for people looking for peace and nature in Mallorca.

Schöne alte Finca in toller Lage.

Unsere Meinung zur Finca nach zwei Wochen Urlaub im Herbst Das fanden wir gut: - Schöner Altbau - Wunderschöne Umgebung und Atmosphäre - Kurze Anfahrt zu den Wandergebieten, man kann auch direkt loslaufen - Ruhe, abends hört man nur die Stille - Im Sommer einen Pool - schöner Außenbereich in alter Olivenplantage mit Mandelbäumen Das fanden wir weniger gut: - An vielen Stellen schmutzig (vor allem unter den Betten) - Eine kaputte Toilette (die Andere war aber auch nicht ganz heile) - kaputte Liegen draußen -Etwas störend ist der Dieselgenerator, der jeden Nachmittag für die Umwälzpumpe des Pools 1 Stunde läuft. - Kalt, da Altbau (Herbst/Winter), die 3 Gasöfen helfen nur bedingt.

Maison de vacances authentique !

Plein de petits détails matériels font que c'est loin d'être parfait, mais pour des vacances authentiques dans un super endroit, l'ensemble est top. La maison est une ancienne bergerie aménagée en maison de vacances. Le bon point est la situation de la maison au milieu des collines de la Serra de la Tramuntana qui est magnifique. Le principal mauvais point est que la maison est autonome. La piscine tourne donc avec un générateur, tout comme le micro-onde ou le lave-linge. Vous devez donc l'allumer de temps en temps. Le générateur est vieux, bruyant, et proche de la maison (odeurs). Autre bon point, le gestionnaire du bien, Guillem est très sympa et disponible si besoin.
