Bright and spacious, cosy and impeccably decorated, this magnificent apartment in the Madrid of the Habsburgs invites you to stay as soon as you enter.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a residential building. The building has a ramp access to the lobby, a lift and a concierge.

Although it is located in a lively area, full of services, bars, restaurants and theatres, it enjoys a quiet and peaceful atmosphere thanks to its good soundproofing. The apartment is exterior.

Steeped in culture and history, the Madrid of the Habsburgs is the oldest and most traditional neighbourhood in the city.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
Central heating schedule (only during the winter, November-May) from 1pm to 11pm.

The apartment:

The apartment has three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. Two of the three bedrooms have a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds, as well as the comfortable double sofa bed in the living room.

The independent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine and oven.

Important: for bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet access on your phone to access the apartment.

Accessing the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access for private vehicles. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you will need the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Department (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
