Stunning Designer's Residence in Ascot.
6 bedroomed property with superb entertainment space.
Character but modern facilities. It is like your own boutique hotel which you wont want to leave with jacuzzi and Cinema room. All the beds are wonderful and comfortable with gorgeous linens and the bathrooms stocked with products. Fantastic location .
Parties and Religious Ceremonies the cost shown is only for those staying not for added day guests. Please be honest about numbers so we can quote correctly and makesure it works for both of us. .
For Hen Parties - up to 18 guests
For Mixed Groups, Family and Couples please discuss room layout for number
suitability. If you are couples 6 Max with own room if a family 6 couples plus Children as you will be sharing rooms.
There is a possibility that we may rent the Annexe dependant on booking and costs which is an extra bedroom and shower room /toilet.

Absolutely iconic property!
A group of us stayed here for my sister’s hen party. The house is absolutely incredible, even bigger than photographed, and had everything we could possibly need! Gaye was a fab host, she greeted me at the property to make sure I knew I could find it and know where everything was. We made full use of the hot tub, garden and movie room. Would 100% recommend!!

Great house, if somewhat cold
We stayed zat this house for 2 night for an Christmas get together. It's very comfortable, has everything a group coule need. The only issues we had were with the house heating, it was cold and with the outdoor jacuzzi which was only half full of water to could not really be used. Other than that we loved the house and may come back next year.

Perfect Hen weekend location
Had an amazing weekend from start to finish. Having planned a very self contained weekend the house was perfect. Spacious, clean and with everything you need. The cinema room was great to sit together, dining room was the right size for 14 of us. The recommendations from Gaye regarding the private chef to mixologist were 10/10. Highly recommend this house, especially for large groups. The beds are super comfy too!

Perfect venue for large group get together
Me and 11 other friends have just celebrated a hen weekend at this fantastic venue. Gaye (the owner) was fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. The house itself is great for large groups of friends. With big open spaces for you all to gather in. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of cutlery and plates etc for large groups and spotlessly clean throughout. With only 5 bedrooms I was worried how we would all be accommodated but each bedroom has at least 1 double bed, some bedrooms have 2 double beds in. All the beds were nicely made up with high quality cotton linen and really comfortable. If you are looking for a luxury house, for a large get together I cannot recommend this one enough. It's definitely #myhomegoals.

Stunning house, you will not be disappointed!
Short break with kids, has everything one could ask for. Excellent location for quick getaway from London. Owner very friendly and welcoming. Stunning house good entertainment, hot tub, sonos music system, massive Cinema room, plenty of garden space to explore and even a remote controlled garden water feature! Lovely house to relax and chill in!

Fantastic house for a family gathering
We hired this gorgeous house for my Dad's 60th Birthday. It was clean, spacious and Gaye the owner gave us a comprehensive show round and made us feel very welcome. Gaye also put us in touch with a chef, Bastien. He and his team prepared and cooked a fantastic meal for us which we had on our return from the races at Newbury. Bastien and Gaye were a pleasure to liaise with and very accommodating with any request we had. The food was delicious and the service top notch. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wanted to have a party. My son loved the huge projector where he watched a film supersize! Thank you so much for making it such a memorable week-end for all of us!

Beautiful property with perfect host!
This property couldn't have been more perfect to celebrate my 30th birthday. Everything from the decor to the food to Bastien (our host) was perfect. Gaye was fantastic from the start and I really felt that she went above and beyond to help pull off a perfect evening. All of my friends who came down had a brilliant time and had nothing but praise for both Bastien, Mason and Gaye. The jacuzzi was definitely a big plus, especially as the weather held out. Also Bastien made us all some fantastic cocktails which kept the evening running smoothly. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone that wants to celebrate an occasion in style. Gaye and Bastien were brilliant hosts and I cannot thank them enough for how helpful they were on the day. Would recommend highly :)

Fabulous place with all modcons
Absolutely lovely. 18 of usl arrived from 11 onwards and changed to leave for Ladies Day at 1. The house is amazing and the facilities fantastic. Gaye explained it all to us and we had full use of everything except for a few personal cupboards. The house was very comfortable and like a family home. The outdoor areas were lovely and the hot tub very popular. We were lucky for the weather and really enjoyed lazing around in the sun on the Friday. Would definitely recommend this house. We want to go again!!

Fantastic house for large groups
We had a large group of people in town for a wedding, but no plans for New Year's Eve. Luckily, this house proved to be the perfect solution! The pictures don't do it justice - you really do have to see it to believe it. Combine the enormous kitchen with plenty of seating, a house-wide sound system you can control from your phone, and an outdoor jacuzzi, and you have everything you need for a fantastic time away. Gaye (the owner) is great as well - we really appreciated how she took the time to explain how all the various systems in the house work (and there are a few). All in all, we would definitely recommend this property for large groups - perfect either for parties, or for chilling out.

AMAZING!!!
I organised a weekend away for my sisters hen do, we wanted something different and sophisticated and somewhere where we can relax and let our hair down. This house was perfect and to make it even more special was the catering we had for the hen do evening with a fabulous cocktail waiter and gorgeous dinner cooked for us in the evening. It was a great package and all of us couldn't fault a thing. The girls and I were blown away with the gorgeous house and how well everything was organised for us. Defiantly somewhere I will be going again and somewhere I will be suggesting to all my friends and family.

Why they chose this property

The Coach Hoise Ascot .We bought this property because of the fabulous location. We wanted to feel like we were living in the countryside but we wanted the benefits of being in walking distance to a town with lots of things to do, and close to London . It is a Coach House originally so it has fabulous character, but we have extended and completely modernised it. We are designers so every little detail took hours and we wanted it to be wow for entertaining, but family and animal friendly. It worked we love it and everybody that stays falls in love with it. Quite a compliment so the hard work and endless money put in paid off !!!!!!

What makes this property unique

Refurbished house full of character, beautiful french wood floors, stunning italian tiles, contemporary and antique furniture, under-floor heating. Office facilities, outdoor jacuzzi and bar, outstanding entertainment space (indoor and outdoor), cinema room with surround sound system, bright large open planned house with different rooms to read and relax in, bespoke kitchen superb island that transforms into beautiful bar for entertaining, music system throughout the house and garden, space to park 6/8 cars, own private gated driveway. The outdoor space and garden are outstanding with its jacuzzi, bar and water feature. While designed for guests who want to self-cater, a maid can live in her own private quarters which is self contained with its own entrance if needed. It is. 5 min to ascot racecourse. 10 min to wentworth golf club. 15 mn to heathrow and 45 min to london. Pinewood Studios 30 mins. .
