Our cottage / farmhouse is situated in a great location near beaches and a popular golf course . This is an attractively restored farmhouse amongst two other holiday properties .but with plenty of privacy .modern fitted kitchen / diner ,fridge freezer ,microwave ,washing machine , dining table with 6 chairs , breakfast bar with stools .Bath /shower room .Wc .2 ground floor bedrooms . A double with tv with English channels . And a twin . Stairs to 1st floor attic conversion lead directly into a spacious open plan lounge ( tv with English and French channels ,dvd ,table football .small shower / Wc ( no heating) and two more bedrooms - a double ( king Size) and a twin room . There is electric heating . A large enclosed gravel courtyard .garden table and chairs ,bbq . The quiet hamlet is close to a magnificent stretch of coastline which runs to the west of st malo .sable d’or les pins (2km)has a lovely sandy beach with various water sports and just a short drive takes you to the Erquy (6km) a charming fishing port renowned for its scallops .

Amazing moments

We had an amazing stay! The host gave us fresh eggs from their chickens and vegetables from their garden, which was a lovely touch. The place is quiet and well-located. We highly recommend it!

Quiet, spacious, cozy

We loved our stay at Paula‘s house! It’s very spacious with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a big kitchen and living room. Equipped with all things we needed. The living room is super cozy and perfect for a quiet evening after a day at the beach. Paula is absolutely welcoming and attentive, so a definitive recommendation!

Perfect gite for group of friends

3 couples from car club. Off road parking was good. Comfortable bedrooms. Large lounge with plenty of books, dvds etc, although we didn’t use the room or tv, apart from the table football! Large kitchen/diner where we chatted after eating unless in garden. Gite had everything we needed and more. Paula and Chris very friendly, but not intrusive. Gave us useful local info and we enjoyed the eggs from their hens.

Traumhaftes Landhaus

Wir hatten einen phantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem sehr gut aufgeteilten Landhaus, auch unser Hund kam auf seine Kosten und konnte sich im Außenbereich vergnügen (das ist er so gewohnt). Die Teenies genossen im oberen, die Erwachsenen und Kleinkinder im unteren Stockwerk die Ruhe. Die Ausstattung ist super, auch viel Spielzeug für Kinder jeden Alters ist zu finden. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausfahrten. Der Strand ist in Gehweite - wenn man 30 min investieren will - an sonsten würde ich wohl eher das Fahrrad empfehlen. Auch die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind wohl eher mit Rad oder Auto erreichbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können das Landhaus für Leute, die Ruhe suchen, ihre Kinder auch mal unbeaufsichigt spielen lassen wollen und das Landleben schätzen nur empfehlen.

Bon emplacement et très bon séjour. La propriétaire est sympathique et à l’écoute de nos demandes. Merci pour les transats 😀. En revanche, cette location me semble plus appropriée pour 6 personnes. La vaisselle est insuffisante. Peu de rangement dans les chambres à l’étage . La table extérieure en bois n’est pas adaptée pour des repas avec enfants et pas confortable. Très bon séjour.
