This corner house , with a capacity for 6 people , is located just 250 meters from the beach . It is a modern accommodation, fully equipped and tastefully decorated. In addition, it has a community pool and a spacious garden completely fenced for your comfort.The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living-dining room with a fireplace, flat-screen TV, and WIFI connection. From here, you will have access to the private terrace-garden, which is fenced and equipped with garden furniture, awning, and barbecue. The independent kitchen, renovated in 2022, is well equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, and there is also a toilet on this floor.On the upper floor, there are two double bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, and a main bathroom with a shower tray (new in 2022) and a washing machine. You will also find a suite with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a small balcony. All bedrooms are tastefully designed and offer a comfortable atmosphere.Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell , a privileged area of the Costa Brava in Catalonia. From here, you can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. The nearest supermarket is less than 6 km away, and within 3 km, you will find an excellent selection of restaurants to enjoy the delicious local cuisine.Enjoy a vacation in this beautiful house near the beach, with all the amenities you need for an unforgettable stay on the Costa Brava!IMPORTANT: Reasonable consumption of 15 Kw per day is included.
