10/10 Excellent

Alan Mackenzie

We had a lovely stay in Pembroke Cottage.

We had a lovely stay in Pembroke Cottage. Everything was clean and tidy, a big kitchen with all the necessary facilities and the conservatory is an excellent sun-trap, warm all day; we had sunny weather. Garden is enclosed though a little on the small side so fine for one/two dogs. Ten minute walk from Pembroke castle and high street and close to other attractions such as Carew castle, Stackpole, Freshwater East and Angle (beautiful bay). The mattress on the double bed was an issue as others have mentioned but we adjusted OK Our issue or rather mine was the shower. I'm 6ft so have to raise the shower head above me and as the shower screen tapers at the top, quite a bit of water was splashed on the floor. Apart from that we had an excellent stay and will definitely return.
