Outside
Red House is located on a 'retired' farm and this apartment is adjacent to the farmhouse (which can also be rented for larger groups) near Kelsale, close to Saxmundham, Aldeburgh and Snape.
The Loft is perched in a quiet spot above the garage with the EV charger conveniently below and contributions requested on an honesty basis of £15 per use (details in the property).

Whilst being away from the hustle and bustle of the nearby towns the property is located very close to some fabulous local village pubs and farm shops. For the larger shop, Waitrose is a little over 5 minutes away.

Holiday in rural Suffolk

Delightful location deep in the Suffolk countryside. The "Loft" is ideal for a couple. It is a long way to a shop, but maybe that is the situation in rural Suffolk. It was our first visit and we enjoyed visiting many interesting places - in 2 days!

Over priced and disappointing

We were expecting more luxurious accommodation for the price ....it's OK but in many areas the level of finish is poor: No light near front door/key safe; No threshold on carpet at top of stairs exposing bare wood; Poor decorative finish and missing paintwork for instance RSJs above windows and doors not painted; No mattress cover; Stains on carpet; Dusty in places particularly the picture frames; Spiders' webs in bathroom and particularly covering the kitchen area window; Noisy fan in bathroom; Apple TV as advertised but no access to conventional channels. No Amazon Prime available i.e. not logged in; Garden area "unloved". It looked like it had been planted up with reasonable plants at some point and then just left as the beds were overgrown and dying and just looked scruffy. We would dispute the nearest beach being 8 minutes too - nearer 15-20 minutes. All in all very disappointing.
