Rented for the first time this year this comfortable apartment has just been renovated and it is located on the second floor of a residential complex. The modern design and the rich finishes make this apartment very pleasant and characteristic. This is a typical accommodation with wooden features and a beautiful panoramic terrace overlooking the mountains. It is very quiet and peaceful and can host up to 6 people. It comprises a comfortable living room with sofa bed for two people, dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The location is ideal: the popular villages of Selva and Ortisei are 10/15 minutes by car and from here you can reach the famous Sella Ronda, the largest ski resort in Europe. Supermarkets and convenient stores are a short walk away. This is the ideal place to spend your summer and winter holidays.
