The contemporary waterfront accommodation offers accommodation for up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms and sits only 200 metres from the beach.

With a mooring for up to an 8 metre boat outside and the estuary to explore by paddleboard it truly is a water sports lovers paradise.

Arrive to North Quay and park your car directly outside the property. One space provided and free on street parking opposite.

Enter into the hallway with space to leave your coats and shoes. A warm entrance greets you with underfloor heating throughout. Perfect for those winter apres watersports days.

Continue ahead to one of the two ground floor bedrooms, both of which have super king size beds which can be turned into twin rooms offering great family flexibility. The terrace bedroom has an en suite shower room and access to the south facing balcony looking over the water. The second room is also of a generous size and has adequate storage. The family bathroom is downstairs complete with a bath with overhead shower.

From here head up to the first floor to be greeted by a spacious open plan living and kitchen/diner perfect for convivial evenings spent together looking out over the estuary with a dining table for 6. The living room has comfortable seating, a smart TV and a vaulted ceiling adds to the spacious indoor/outdoor feeling. The living room leads out to a large terrace with seating and a BBQ overlooking the boat mooring and estuary.

The second floor houses the sumptuous master bedroom complete with water views from your pillow and walk in wardrobe and en suite shower room.

Fabulous house and views

This property is ideal for two families/large family with two bedrooms on the ground floor and one upstairs. The living accommodation is on the central floor. Beautiful view from two floors, well equipped and good sized rooms. Town and beach within walking distance. Parking at the property is easy. The main points with this holiday home are the balconies and fantastic view, enjoy the view at breakfast time and lovely to relax on after a busy day.
